Positif Personnel très agréable Belles piscines et matériel irréprochable des piscines (relax, parasols…de très bonne qualité) Hygiène irréprochable au niveau du restaurant Plats diversifiés et abondants malgré quelques remarques mineurs sur la qualité de la cuisson Négatif Bon emplacement mais moins bon par rapport aux autres hôtels de taghazoute bay (du bruit toute la journée et le soir qui émane de la place publique et du souk à côté de l’hotel, plage bondée devant l’hôtel…) Absence d’une plage privée pour les résidents de l’hôtel à l’instar des autres hotels de taghazoute bay Le point le plus dérangeant dans le séjour est l’odeur du moisis au niveau de la chambre et la salle de bain qui malgré notre signalement et l’intervention du personnel est restée pendant tout le séjour Animation en journée pas top avec peu de musique au bord de la piscine au cours de la journée (presque inaudible dans certains endroits et coupée très tot dans la journée vers 16h30) Animation le soir à améliorer (trop ennuyeuse et répétitive) Serviettes de chambres à changer (pas au niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, presque toutes abîmées)

Een warm welkom met Marokkaanse thee, en personeel heel vriendelijk, iedereen die werkt in het Hotel groet je, Het ontbijt buffet was heel uitgebreid verfspuit, Marokkaanse thee, koks zo professionals word je met glimlach gevraagd wat voor gebakken eiren je wil mooi zwembad, alleen de koffie was slecht niet te drinken iedereen liet zijn koffie staat, ook kon je koffie of thee op je kamer drinken, maar er was geen melkpoeder ik drink geen koffie zonder melk, laatste moest ik ik bijna Toeristen belasting betalen terwijl ik dat al aan Trip.com had betaald stond op de voucher including alle belastingen, Later was dat opgelost was echt een leuke dag gehad.

My friends arranged for my birthday party at Le Sud Km17. I really loved the energy spread over and it has become my favourite spot in taghazout since then. The food was delightful. I still remember the delicious taste of the cake made by chef Said along with the other meals. All the staff were very welcoming. I can record the names of Radia the hostess, Yassine the manager and Azzelarab the DM who just made my moment perfect with their extra care and attention to details. I'll definitely come back to enjoy the magical familial atmosphere 🤍🤍🤍

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu taghazout and had an amazing experience. A heartfelt thank you to the Kids Club team, especially Mrs. Fadwa and her assistants naïma and aya , for their kindness and attentiveness with the children. They were incredibly caring and offered a wide range of exciting activities that our children absolutely loved. We were pleasantly surprised by the Kids Club option, which gives us a little time for ourselves. Also the breakfast was exceptional: abundant, varied, and delicious. Nothing was missing, and everything was perfectly presented. We loved the hotel itself, with its beautiful and serene setting. The tranquility and beauty of the place allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We have lasting memories of this experience and are already looking forward to returning.

After a few nights in Marrakesh we were really looking forward to a chilled experience in Agadir at Sofitel Royal Bay. We were so disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with bags and offered us a seat while we waited for check and the Riad was stunning but it all went a bit downhill from there… We were taken to our room before being told about any of the hotel facilities or where things were and timings for the restaurants. Our room however was very outdated and dark but clean. There were so many small things that really took away from the 5* experience: we had to get maintenance to sort a buzzing sound coming from the TV; on a couple of occasions we had to ask for our room to be cleaned and our bathroom door handle fell off! It seemed that the rooms with balconies were more up to date but given that the hotel had recently been refurbished we thought we’d be okay. Throughout our 4 night stay there was also a constant smell of wet paint and service men working on plugs hanging out of the walls? The weather was dull (which cannot be helped obviously) but there was nothing to do at the hotel other than lay by the pool. The entertainment of a nighttime was good but it was the same every night so got a bit tiresome. A big shout out to Youness for his FABULOUS customer service but otherwise nobody checked in with us or seemed bothered to help or serve which was so disappointing and we’d have preferred to order at the bars ourselves. We ate at the buffet one night which was okay and the Soul restaurant was nice (we then went to different restaurants so can’t comment on the food changing). Can echo some other comments, however, and the buffet definitely needed labels as we didn’t know what we were eating. It was a really underwhelming experience and did not run smoothly at all. We expected so much more.

PPengguna TetamuWir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Zephyr Agadir gehabt. Die Apar**ents Modern Style und sind gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal ist immer Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um lecker Essen zu gehen, kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ich werde bestimmt noch Mal die Unterkunft Buchen wenn ich wieder in Agadir bin.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

PPengguna Tetamu Triste bilan pour l'hôtel Tilila Si l'hospitalité marocaine est universelle alors l'hôtel Tilila est l' exception qui confirme la règle. Je crois que nous n'avons jamais eu un accueil aussi froid. Quand on a demandé deux serviettes de bain supplémentaires, car nous avons utilisé celles de notre salle de bains pour nous sécher de notre baignade, on nous a dits que ce n'était pas possible que ce n'était que deux par chambre... Quel hôtel refuse une requête si classique sérieusement ? Pour accéder à notre chambre vous aurez la chance de déambuler dans un couloir sombre à la déco style motel sinistre américain. La chambre n'était pas belle. Elle disposait d'une télévision vieillotte avec des télécommandes dont les piles étaient vidées. Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.

Beautiful hotel with large and modern rooms and bathrooms. Virtually no English TV, but not a big issue. Delicious buffet breakfast with fresh hot and cold items. We had the BBQ one lunchtime which was equally delicious and lovely to sit outside in the garden area with this. The outside bar is nice in the evenings, however the cocktails are rather watery so maybe give these a miss, go for local beer which is very nice. We used the spa on the last day, as a treat, however we were both very disappointed as the massers were not friendly at all. No smiles, talked through the treatments, banged about and the actual massage was so light to the touch, it was barely worth having! It was obvious they were using their phones and totally uninterested in giving us any real attention/care. This said I would definitely recommend this hotel, just not the spa.

Not our first time in Morocco but first time at this hotel. It is a reasonable 3 star hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized, clean (maid service every day) and the beds large and comfortable (although on the hard side). Our only criticism would be the balcony, it’s too small but had a good view over the amazing pool. The pool is great. Large and for the most part a uniform 1m deep. It does have a deeper 2m section for jumping/diving. They do various activities around the pool each day such as aquarobics and the attendants are really observant so if you need a sun lounger or mat they are on it straight away. We were B&B so can only rate the breakfast. It was pretty standard fare which had no variation, to be expected in a budget hotel. Egg station was good as was the local bread making station (delicious). From a general perspective expect buffet style local food with a few western bits added in. And ok quality, not gormet quality!! Hotel in general is large with lots of restaurants/bars but if you are not AI they are expensive compared to local establishments based around the hotel. You can get alcohol but it’s not as good quality as the other bars close at hand such as Nil Blue or Actors Studio, but that’s as expected. The position is first class, right on the beach front and has its own section on the beach to provide a secure area for hotel residents. Children’s activities. Seriously if your children can’t be entertained here I’m not sure what you are expecting. The pool and surrounding area is child friendly and really well maintained. There is ping pong, pool, darts, sand pits, inflatables for the pool, balls, kids clubs etc etc The area, love it. The promenade is superb and probably the longest I have seen at about 3.5 miles. Similarly the beach is fabulous, clean and with a wide expanse of golden sand. The sea is warm and the waves great for having some body surfing fun. Agadir is a great winter destination, the weather has been constant at about 28 and although a few clouds on a morning all burnt off by midday.

HhokaThe hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better It’s not really 4stars, I can’t understand how can get these stars and they keep them 🤷‍♂️ Thank you

RRngadamShower water pressure and temperature good. Bed comfortable enough. Floor is generally clean. Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable. No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access. Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied. The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress. The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises. The park in front is under construction.
