The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, look no further than the Sofitel Thalassa Sea & Spa. The facilities are top-notch, from the pool to the restaurants to the spa. But what really made my stay special was the staff, who were incredibly attentive and made me feel like royalty.

The hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better

This is my 2nd time staying here and I would never change. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This place is incredible, I always travel alone and despite being off the beaten track, it offers incredible facilities and rooms. Tamraght is a small village but is developing and provides an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also a stones throw away from the beach The team are incredibly helpful, nothing is a problem. I also loved the food here and opted to eat at the Riad most evenings. Servings are very generous and items are high quality too. The rooms here are breathtakingly beautiful. I’ve stayed in a different one each time and it’s incredible to think of what you get for the price. Early morning yoga was also on the agenda which they arranged and was the perfect start to each day. I’m already booking my next stay for early 2024.

We stayed in room 377 for 4 days and what a very pleasant surprise. The king sized room we had , had a balcony overlooking the ocean. They have 3 pools ( 1 for adults ) and 1 was heated.We were checked in by Salma, she was very kind and courteous, she showed us the property and patiently answered all my questions. Food was amazing in all the restaurants, we tried Sud KM17, Anouar ( was a true delight) ,Mustapha,Mohamed, the front hostess who sat us which I didn't get her name was very nice and always had a smile every time she sat us to a table, they all made the experience impeccable. The Sunday brunch was so beautiful and delicious I almost didn't want to ruin the spread. Wiam in Citron Brule made our breakfast impeccable. We also did room service and Mberek and Mustapha were very nice and kind everytime they deliver our order. Grislane at the front reception was very accommodating. The Hyatt Beach Club food was so good and Hamidi always made sure we were alright with our orders. I am definitely looking forward to our next stay in this Hyatt. We have tried different Hyatt brands all over the world and this one is the best from service, food and hospitality!!

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu taghazout and had an amazing experience. A heartfelt thank you to the Kids Club team, especially Mrs. Fadwa and her assistants naïma and aya , for their kindness and attentiveness with the children. They were incredibly caring and offered a wide range of exciting activities that our children absolutely loved. We were pleasantly surprised by the Kids Club option, which gives us a little time for ourselves. Also the breakfast was exceptional: abundant, varied, and delicious. Nothing was missing, and everything was perfectly presented. We loved the hotel itself, with its beautiful and serene setting. The tranquility and beauty of the place allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We have lasting memories of this experience and are already looking forward to returning.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

PPengguna Tetamu Triste bilan pour l'hôtel Tilila Si l'hospitalité marocaine est universelle alors l'hôtel Tilila est l' exception qui confirme la règle. Je crois que nous n'avons jamais eu un accueil aussi froid. Quand on a demandé deux serviettes de bain supplémentaires, car nous avons utilisé celles de notre salle de bains pour nous sécher de notre baignade, on nous a dits que ce n'était pas possible que ce n'était que deux par chambre... Quel hôtel refuse une requête si classique sérieusement ? Pour accéder à notre chambre vous aurez la chance de déambuler dans un couloir sombre à la déco style motel sinistre américain. La chambre n'était pas belle. Elle disposait d'une télévision vieillotte avec des télécommandes dont les piles étaient vidées. Si la literie était correcte, le gros point négatif restait la salle de bain. Exigus, laide, une petite douche revêtant un simple rideau pour protéger la pièce des éclaboussures. En guise de savon ? Un tout petit palet vert aux allures de vieux chewing-gum sera mis à votre disposition. Deux points positifs : - La propreté de la chambre : rien à redire. - Le fait qu'on n'y restait qu'une nuit

PPengguna TetamuOn entry of the room, I just felt the cleanliness was subpar. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom - it just didn't seem to be hotel quality cleanliness. Otherwise it was a good room with a fridge and flat screen TV. I used to smell cigarette smoke in my room and wondered where it was coming from - I realised it was coming from the room next door through a door connecting the rooms as the lady there was smoking. Breakfast was a buffet with a range of cooked foods such as fried eggs, doughnuts, Moroccan pancakes and Moroccan soups as well as cold dishes such as yoghurt, pastries, salad. There was also a coffee/hot chocolate machine. Some aspects of the breakfast were good such as doughnuts and Moroccan pancakes but I found eggs under seasoned. The plates sometimes looked dirty with specks on them and stains. At night there was entertainment organised by the hotel in the centre of the hotel (singing through a microphone and dancing). The problem is that hotel is a massive circle with all the rooms basically facing a central space. This was where the loud entertainment was. On my first night, there was still music till at around 11pm. I felt this was unacceptable. Overall the hotel seems like a place with lots of potential, it's a shame that staff have let things slip in certain areas such as cleanliness and noise.

Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.

PPengguna TetamuSmall but stunning little hotel . So very relaxing and quiet. The pool area was beautiful. Not a lot of loungers and quite sheltered from the sun but it was lovely. There is a roof top solarium which we used a couple of times but think due to the time of year we went it wasn’t fully open, no bar open etc but it was great. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious ( just missed having a balcony) but that was our choice so no reflection on the hotel. It was central to banks shops and about fifteen minutes walk from the beach and main area but the walk was nice and doable. Staff were helpful and friendly especially one of the young waiters who had an array of information of where to go etc . If you want a peaceful relaxing trip it is perfect. Personally I would not take children as there is much in the hotel for them .

Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable.
No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access.
Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied.
The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress.
The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises.
The park in front is under construction.

Great 7 day break in a lovely hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, had issues with the electric once, reported it and within a couple of minutes someone was there to fix it. Breakfast, lots of choice and lovely waiters. Always welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The domestic ladies were all very cheerful and worked hard, the hotel was very clean. Cakes were brought around the pool most afternoons, not so keen on the evening entertainment but that was not an issue at all. Hotel prices for food and drink a little more expensive compared to others, better to buy soft drinks etc in the little shop opposite as cheaper. Everyone that works there seems happy, the bank teller was the only chap that was not friendly- changed some money and he didn't speak- no thank you etc. everyone else were lovely. Nice place to stay and would certainly go back. Well done all, especially the head waiter and the lovely male waiter at breakfast think his name was Hamad.

PPengguna TetamuDo not stay here under any circumstances. I arrived this week to a hotel under construction with very loud guests partying with their hotel door open at 7pm. The hotel staff were present and aware of the noise and disturbance but chose to ignore so when I asked the guest to close his door, he got irrate and incredibly aggressive and him and his two party guests threatened me and followed me to the elevator. Reception also confirmed they heard this altercation but chose not to assist. I told reception I was checking out as I didn’t feel safe in the hotel having been threatened within the first 15 mins of my arrival, no apology was offered, it was in fact demanded that I paid the hotel tax before I left to find another hotel (at twice the price because of booking last minute). The hotel have refused to refund the 4 nights I prepaid despite the issues at their hotel, also no apology or explanation. If you want peace and quite / to be safe and not surrounded by **** guests or spineless employees - DO NOT STAY HERE
