Hotel berhampiran Museum of Amazigh Culture, Agadir

The hotel service was very poor, no one helps you, bedding and towels are very old and worn out, room.service come early morning whilst ur sleeping amd take ur towels, replace with fresh ones late afternoon so ur basically waking up, showering washing up etc without any towels, 2 basic washing gel bottles, one near sink and one in shower, no kettle or water in room and upon asking for warm water was told none available, pool is cold and not very clean. If your room is on the front side then very noisy at nighy as 2 nightclubs next door, we were on basement floor so was quiet. Breakfast is same every day, overdone fried egg and parathas, cereal in open bowls, oranges and apples as fresh fruit amd croissants amd crumpets. If you like ur tea then I would suggest take your own tea bags as its very weak and also cold in the kettle in dining area. Was nice enough, had lovely lobby and pool area with table tennis,pool amd archery but overall was disappointed with the service

What an odd hotel! The good: The hotel facilities, grounds, pool etc are first rate - really lovely. Really nice sun beds. Very nice location. The staff are (mostly) polite and courteous. The bad: Service is truly appalling - its just one messed up and/or massive delay after another - time after time after time (e.g. lunch at pool bar for my wife and I arrived an entire 1 hour apart, or you walk down for breakfast and find 75% of tables dirty and uncleaned so struggle to find a table, and nobody attempting to remedy). Its not lack of staff as there are staff aplenty, but lack of accountability/supervision/management that seems to be the problem? Overpriced food and drink mean almost everybody eats elsewhere, which means restaurants and bar are deserted so there is zero atmosphere. Real shame as it could be lovely if they weren't trying to charge such outrageous prices. So in summary, 5 star facilities but with 3 star service.

Not our first time in Morocco but first time at this hotel. It is a reasonable 3 star hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized, clean (maid service every day) and the beds large and comfortable (although on the hard side). Our only criticism would be the balcony, it’s too small but had a good view over the amazing pool. The pool is great. Large and for the most part a uniform 1m deep. It does have a deeper 2m section for jumping/diving. They do various activities around the pool each day such as aquarobics and the attendants are really observant so if you need a sun lounger or mat they are on it straight away. We were B&B so can only rate the breakfast. It was pretty standard fare which had no variation, to be expected in a budget hotel. Egg station was good as was the local bread making station (delicious). From a general perspective expect buffet style local food with a few western bits added in. And ok quality, not gormet quality!! Hotel in general is large with lots of restaurants/bars but if you are not AI they are expensive compared to local establishments based around the hotel. You can get alcohol but it’s not as good quality as the other bars close at hand such as Nil Blue or Actors Studio, but that’s as expected. The position is first class, right on the beach front and has its own section on the beach to provide a secure area for hotel residents. Children’s activities. Seriously if your children can’t be entertained here I’m not sure what you are expecting. The pool and surrounding area is child friendly and really well maintained. There is ping pong, pool, darts, sand pits, inflatables for the pool, balls, kids clubs etc etc The area, love it. The promenade is superb and probably the longest I have seen at about 3.5 miles. Similarly the beach is fabulous, clean and with a wide expanse of golden sand. The sea is warm and the waves great for having some body surfing fun. Agadir is a great winter destination, the weather has been constant at about 28 and although a few clouds on a morning all burnt off by midday.

Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

Hôtel correct, bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner correct. Musique à la piscine beaucoup trop forte ces n’est pas une boîte de nuit! Et les environs sont trop bruyant également la nuit on entend la musique des boites et où cabarets dans la chambre, les nuits ont été compliqués

Unbelievable how good the hotel was, such a perfect service and every single person in the hotel was all the time ready to help. 24/7 roomservice and the rooms are perfectly clean. A perfect team for the activities at the pool and even by the bar, every night after the dinner a beautiful activity. Only one bad point is that the pool was very cold. Perfect view from the room. I enjoyed my vacation and if u want to enjoy every second of your vacation just go for Atlas Amadil.

4 time in this hotel like my second home thanks fout you’re hosetality and humanity thanks for the pool teams and the snack bar teams ( Omar,Ridda) the best service morning to evening. Nog shout out for the animation ARGANA Almoggar Garden Beach ( Saïd,Samir,AMIN,Youssef,Fahd,Momo,mina ,Wafa….) your are the best team in the world . CHRISTIANNE

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

This is best experience I had in any resort. It all started at the reception. Rashid the attendant that checked me in went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He gave me recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and tips on how to navigate throughout ajadir. throughout my stay Riashid help me called for taxis, room service, and anything else I needed. The resort itself is extremely worth it. The service from the rest of the staff was the same. ”The best'. I will be returning in 5 months just to get this experience again. The only regard I had was .. Im not staying longer. I had an amazing time. Thank you again Sofitel. Until next time
