4 time in this hotel like my second home thanks fout you’re hosetality and humanity thanks for the pool teams and the snack bar teams ( Omar,Ridda) the best service morning to evening. Nog shout out for the animation ARGANA Almoggar Garden Beach ( Saïd,Samir,AMIN,Youssef,Fahd,Momo,mina ,Wafa….) your are the best team in the world . CHRISTIANNE

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

Very disappointed with 4 stars hotel . The hotel needs a lot of updating. No bedside sockets to charge phones, No kettle in rooms for tea, No coffee Maschine. No irons, No Refrigerator, No phone adaptor charter for sale , No hotel information ( guide) We book as 3 adults in one room and we came to hotel at 22:30 not any sandwich for late checking. We came to the room only 2 beds were there , l asked them we are three, where is the third bed they said we were fully booked, we will bring the third beds shortly. Nothing was prepared. Staff communication problems with English language. Do not book full board , half board. MC , KFC are 10 minutes away by walking . The food was below expectation and very disappointing. The breakfast buffet - food not labelled and very little and poor choices. The pictures on their page are deceiving .

Super friendly staff & employees! Location cannot be beat in Agadir. Just minutes by walking to tons of eateries, 10 minutes to the beach & shops plus banks and ATMS all over. The actual hotel is massive and nice in a very antique way and there’s a restaurant, lounge and pool on site. My only gripe is that the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby of the hotel so just know that you’ll have to be around others often if you need a good connection. There’s plenty of room and seating space on sofas in the lobby however. You just will not have much privacy if that matters for you for calls, etc. Overall good, budget-friendly stay!

All the staff were very helpful, with a smile and not too intrusive. Restaurant was good and breakfast setting was lovely. Easy access by taxi to some really top class restaurants within 15 minutes if you want a change of scenery and menu. Golf courses were fun and in good condition. However, relaxing around the pool afterwards and enjoying sundowners lying around it was always highlight of the day. As a golf destination hotel could not be faulted.

Just returned from a week at this great little apartment hotel.Excellent value for money. Good quiet location yet easy walking distance from the superb beach and centre of bars and restaurants and shops.Very clean. Excellent service from all the efficient friendly staff especially Youssef and Abdul.Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and I am very hard to please. The rooms are large and comfortable with facilities to cater for yourself if you wish to.Balconies are large and overlook the swimming pool and ocean.The swimming pool Is excellent and plenty of fresh towels available I hope in the future they will consider having a bar and restaurant for dinner and offer money exchange.Thank you for a very enjoyable week at your hotel in Agadir

Een warm welkom met Marokkaanse thee, en personeel heel vriendelijk, iedereen die werkt in het Hotel groet je, Het ontbijt buffet was heel uitgebreid verfspuit, Marokkaanse thee, koks zo professionals word je met glimlach gevraagd wat voor gebakken eiren je wil mooi zwembad, alleen de koffie was slecht niet te drinken iedereen liet zijn koffie staat, ook kon je koffie of thee op je kamer drinken, maar er was geen melkpoeder ik drink geen koffie zonder melk, laatste moest ik ik bijna Toeristen belasting betalen terwijl ik dat al aan Trip.com had betaald stond op de voucher including alle belastingen, Later was dat opgelost was echt een leuke dag gehad.

We booked a room in five days, everything was good, the staff were all good, especially the cleaners, they were more than great. We leave everything in the room as it is, so we felt very safe and calm. Thank you to the group. One thing I did not like is the swimming pool. Do not take care of it too much. The chairs are always dirty. The tables are also. Please pay attention to the pool and its cleanliness.
