Well, what can I say. This hotel ticks all the boxes. My Husband Keith and I travel a lot and have stayed in some super hotels, a lot of them from the Mr and Mrs Smith collection. This time we went with BA holidays and booked a junior suite with a private pool. The room was lovely as was the outside area. All very clean and tidy and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the beach and beach restaurant was breathtaking. The staff were just so attentive. We were in room 303 as we had asked for a suite with the sun on it all day and it was to the right hand side of the hotel complex near a rather loud bar. The first night my husband complained about the noise and customer relations were wonderful. They told us that the noise would be less by 23.00 and sure enough it was. The next day they were straight onto the case and asked if we would like to move and actually we loved our room so much and to be honest 23.00 isn’t late plus we quite enjoyed the music after all!! Anyway, the hotel staff are just exceptional, a big thank you especially to Christopher, the bar manager, Andreas, Helen and Irene, they were super stars. Plus all the customer relations and receptionists. We had another holiday booked in September to go to Croatia but we have cancelled that and are going back to the Suites! We very rarely stay twice in a place so that’s what a gem this hotel is. Gorgeous rooms, super efficient and friendly staff, delicious food and cocktails, amazing beach and bar area very relaxing live music in the evenings at the beach and lovely local restaurants to stroll to too. What more do you need to relax and enjoy!
