⭐️ 1/5 – Very disappointing stay, poor maintenance and safety concerns I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. 1. Poorly maintained room The walls had visible damage, stains, and peeling panels (see photos). The overall condition of the room felt neglected and not at all what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. 2. Horrible view Despite the hotel photos online, the actual view from the room was extremely disappointing—overlooking unfinished buildings and construction debris. 3. Bathroom safety issue After every shower, the entire bathroom floor became extremely wet and slippery. The drainage is very poorly designed and it felt like a genuine health and safety hazard. 4. Air conditioning problems The AC not functioning : freezing cold or completely off. There was no way to adjust it to a comfortable temperature, making the room uncomfortable throughout the stay. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay at all. For the price, I expected much better quality, cleanliness, and comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel seriously upgrades its maintenance and facilities.

We stayed at Taj for two nights with our kids and we loved it. They welcomed us with full Indian traditions and check-in was seamless. It was awesome experience at every step from their front desk to house keeping. Food was great. Speacial thanks to their house keeping staff Omveer who put smile on my 6 year old son with his beautiful gesture by lining up his toy cars which my son absolutely loved. Will definitely stay at Taj again.

we had booked a half board package and the stay and the food were excellent.the reception staff was very attentive and always eager to see to the comforts of the guest. particularly the duty manager Ms Prachi was very helpful and supervised with keen interest and came forward to see that the guests were never inconvenienced. the restaurant staff were always on their toes and in spite of large number of diners , was seen serving with smile and there was no delay in executing the orders. the cooks were also eager to help and prepared dishes that were not placed in buffet.  the dinner was good with lots of varieties and was very tasty.

Modern room, friendly staff, complimentary service of rose petals bath, and 200m from Taj Mahal East Gate! All good, no complain until checkout!👍🏻

The hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the nearby wordwide wonder monument Taj Mahal. The room are enough comfortable and clean, there are no superlative notes to remember but the acceptable standard for a short stay.

The interior was amazing. There were many paintings in the corridors and rooms, giving it a good old Mughal era atmosphere. The fabrics in the room were Persian and stylish. The toiletries and tissue containers were so nice that I would have bought them if they were for sale. I felt that the design was flawless down to the smallest detail. However, although I included dinner and breakfast, the buffet restaurant was the same both times, which was disappointing as it didn't feel like the Taj. The restaurant was always noisy and lacked style, probably because there were a lot of families there, and it felt like it had been downgraded to a regular hotel. It may be unavoidable as it is a tourist attraction, but I wish the Taj would stay the Taj forever.

I couldn't find anything I was dissatisfied with. There were no problems with the shower water pressure, hot water temperature, drainage, or smell, which are of concern to Japanese people. The shower room also had a glass door, so the toilet floor didn't get soaked. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was very satisfying. The front desk staff are always smiling, and although the exchange rate isn't very good, they will exchange your money for Japanese yen.
