This is a new hotel, facilities are spotlessly clean, modern, and intuitive to guests. Staff are wonderful and helpful, and they helped me get settled in despite my midnight arrival. The ambiance is overall tasteful and inviting. Special to Satish, Santosh, and the wonderful staff of the hotel. They spared no effort in making guests feel welcome. Food choices for breakfast and supper are varied with local and western favourites. Breakfast was a particular highlight, featuring food from around the subcontinent, and daily selections are rotated - making breakfast something of a welcome surprise to look forward to. I will be back.

I had booked a room with a garden view. I was given a room overlooking a roof. The hallways were very dirty; there was room service debris in the form of paper and even cotton swabs lying around. In my opinion, the hotel's five-star rating is exaggerated. There was also no freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. On the positive side, the lobby was lovely and the staff were friendly.

A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! This hotel is ok but not so good location because most of the local transportation not so familiar. Room must be need to renovation asap.

The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

Отель очень близко от восточного входа в Тадж махал. Внизу есть ресторан. Номера конечно в плохом состоянии, но за 10 долларов я большего и не ожидал. На два дня можно спокойно останавливаться

Everything was up to mark. The room was neat & clean. Food was also quite expensive but it was ok. I chose thali which was good in taste & quantity was ok for one person.
