Seven Mapi Hotel

We stayed at Seven Mapi Hotel for one night before visiting Machu Picchu. Our room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view from the top floor front bedrooms of the mountains in the area. A good option for your trip to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town).

The staff and gentleman at reception were amiable and anything we needed they tended to. Respectful and nice place to stay for the night! I would recommend and appreciate the hard work the staff does to make their guests comfortable and feel at home.

While the staff were pleasant and nice, the rooms themselves were filthy and not functional. The shower hot water did not work in my room nor my friends room which we would overlook if the rooms themselves were livable. Our room specifically was covered in bugs - on the ceilings, crawling on the floors, and all over our beds. When we asked if we could be moved to a different room (that was clean), we were not granted that request and instead a man with bug spray came to kill the bugs. So instead we had dead bugs that fell all over our items (which he did stay to clean without us asking, so we appreciate that), and afterwards you weren’t able to breathe in the room because of the chemicals. I understand that given the location of where we are (directly near Machu Picchu) that hotels will not be 5 star luxury stays like what we would find in the states, but I do feel like if these are the conditions the hotels are in there should at least be nets, screens on windows/doors, etc in order to attempt to try and prevent these types of things.

Our stay was great! Alejandro and his staff, made our check-in and everything else a breeze! The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean and well put together. Over all, I would highly recommend Mapi 7 for any guest.

Great stay, amazing location by the train station laundry spot and close to the local spots that you want to visit. Great lighting light breakfast and super kind and accommodating staff. Alex in particular stood out but they all where fantastic. This is all from a USA/Mex perspective who enjoys to travel vs. vacation.

Las habitaciones son confortables , cómodas , cumplen con todo lo anunciado , el personal es amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar , el desayuno es bufet , solo tuve un inconveniente que es el ruido del tren pero es solo por momentos .

He visitado tres veces Machupichu y este hotel me encantó de todos los demás, Desde que llegué el lugar bastante cerca de todo y ala misma vez tranquilo. Las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias ,el baño tiene agua caliente. El personal muy atento con cada uno de nosotros y el desayuno variado .Gracias por todo desde Puerto Rico

Me gusto mucho, la ubicacion perfecta, solo estuve una noche pero es un hotel con habitaciones super comodas y limpias. La red wifi era un poco debil, el unico inconveniente porque el resto fue todo perfecto. Tomamos un pisco sour que gentilmente nos ofrecieron como bienvenida, super rico. La atención del personal impecable. Tenian el servicio de llevarnos el equipaje hasta la estación de tren que está a 600-700 mts aproximadamente.

Excelente servicio, habitaciones limpias confortables, excelente atencion de parte de los chicos de recepción atentos a cualquier petición. Excelente lugar 100% recomendado, el hotel tiene excelente ubicación, el desayuno impecable
