PPengguna TetamuA great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

PPengguna TetamuThe most hospitable hotel so far leaving me spellbound with the preparations done for my 70th birthday giving me a memorable birthday. Brijal went out of her way to make it so special and the front desk manager was always helpful. The staff at the restaurant were amazing scuttling around attending to everyone’s demands. The variety of food offered surpassed my imagination. Manoj. Pankaj Kavita to name a few were just too good will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends

PPengguna TetamuI don't think I've ever stayed in a room so big. This was clearly some kind of suite. Not sure if they offer anything smaller, there wasn't ***y options on Agoda. That king sized bed, could probably sleep four. The mattress was very firm, very comfortable. There was even 2 A/C units, both working and very efficient at keeping my room nice and cool. And a fan! The room, including bathroom was spotlessly clean. The desk was appreciated, there lots of power points although the decision to have them all black in colour is odd and finding light switches in the dark wasn't easy. I stayed on the third floor, I'm not sure what they offer on the ground floor, but it might be worth enquiring if you have mobility issues. I didn't use their famous restaurant Agashiye, but I did have breakfast in the Green House area, it was fine, staff were friendly. Staff were helpful, especially reception. I needed attractions on a day tour swapping around a bit to make the most of time and someone did that for me. They also organised an airport transfer for me. I think House of MG was my favourite stay for this years trip to India.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

And I was disappointed that they didn't give complementary water bottle, they gave R.O. water in a jug. Every hotel offers atleast on sealed water bottle.
