Hotel Aix-les-Bains dengan Spa

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits au Mercure d’Aix les Bains. Accueil sympathique, personnel pro. L’hôtel à été rénové il y a pas si longtemps que ça et déjà dans notre chambre des marques... peinture manquantes sur les portes, dans la salle de bain trace de moisissures... ceci dit, déco sympa, les chambres sont plutôt grandes et bien que la nôtre donne sur la route, très bonne isolation phonique. Le petit déjeuner est top, vous trouverez de tout, et le personnel est extrêmement réactif. Merci.

We found a clean and functional room, with two bottles of local water ad a gift. The toilet with shower and washbasin is open to the room but the toilet is separate. The furnishings are minimal but very colourful. The electrical sockets are in the right place. Much attention paid to environmental sustainability and compliance with anti covid hygiene standards. Reception staff professional but a little slow.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but basic for the price. We had a room for 2 people, but only 1 extra pillow was available. No facilities for coffee, tea or any drinks in the room. The breakfast is the same every day - basically a petit croissant and coffee with some cheese, symbolic cucumbers, charcuterie, tomatoes, toppings and some fruit and prepared yoghurt. For a warm breakfast, your only option is a boiled egg, that you have to make yourself. The evening staff seemed to have little experience with serving drinks. Ice was problematic - it was a team effort with a blunt knife to chip ice from a block, and I was asked whether 4 shards were enough. It wasn't, not really. But those shards in a bowl (no spoon) was worth it just to stop the confused anguish of the staff. We loved the pool and grounds, but will not repeat the visit.

Sarapan bufet disajikan pada hai minggu dari 7:00 hingga 10:00 dan pada hujung minggu dari 7:00 hingga 10:30 dengan dikenakan bayaran.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk pusat perniagaan, meja/kaunter hadapan 24 jam dan kakitangan berbilang bahasa.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 28 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan bar mini dan televisyen skrin rata. Akses Internet berwayar dan wayarles percuma disediakan untuk membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, sedangkan kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan tab mandi atau pancuran menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi peti besi dan meja, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari.

Stay in 06/2023 - Opinion filed on 16/06/2023 The receptionist could not find our booking on arrival and required assistance. The hotel is rundown and shabby. Our room was dull, without an outllok. The air conditioning did not work. The sofa bed was so deformed, it was impossible to sleep on it and we had to put the (thin) mattress on the floor. The toilet room had no ventilation and stank of old urine. Parts fell off the shower when we used it and the drain was blocked so the water built up in the bath. There was mould around the bath. When we raised some of these issues with the reception, they said the hotel was fully booked. They did not offer any help. For a hotel described as ‘hotel d’elegance’ it was disgraceful and the advertising descriptions and pictures are deceptive
