Beautiful property with spacious villas. Staff hospitality is really good . Kudos to Anandita at reception and Mr. Khan at restaurant for making the stay comfortable and luxurious. Pros of Property: - All villas are very spacious and luxurious - Open area is huge - Evening high tea and live music at weekend is awesome - Spa is really good - Bar with vintage wooden look is great - Lot of engagement activity for kids Cons of property: - Cycles in property needs to be repaired/ replaced - Kids play area walls are dampened and dust overall on TT table - Pool area deck needs to be repaired - Buffet spread can be better But overall 5 start hospitality which covers all the gaps of property. Really wonderful staff.

Its a amazing place to stay, neat and clean rooms including property. Value for money. Good food. Nice rooms. Nice pool area. Extremly clean property must visit place in pushkar.

A pleasant welcome by the owner. The rooms are very traditional, and clean. The bathroom has a western style toilet and the shower was adequate. The best thing about the hotel is the roof terrace and restaurant. Such a lovely place to sit and gaze out across the town. The food, including breakfast, was delicious, the service excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of Pushkar, only a few minutes walk from the ghats.

La habitación está bastante bien en general y más limpia que en otros hoteles de India, aunque los muebles estaban llenos de polvo y había humedad en la pared. Pero hay muchos detalles que tienen que mejorar: El primer día había en la habitación una botella de agua (aunque caliente), pero el segundo día no la dejaron; así que, la pedimos y nos dijeron que la pidiéramos al restaurante. Tuvimos que explicarles (como pudimos, porque los chicos que mandan a la habitación no hablan inglés, solo hindi) que el agua no era para beber, era para lavarnos los dientes porque no podemos hacerlo con el agua del grifo. En todos los hoteles de India menos en este nos han puesto agua en la habitación para lavarnos los dientes y para beber. El primer día solo había un botecito pequeño de gel de ducha en la habitación y es una habitación para dos personas; así que, tuvimos que pedir otro. Al día siguiente, al salir de la habitación, dijimos en recepción que cuando la limpiaran dejaran dos botes de gel y toallas de manos, porque solo había de ducha, pero cuando llegamos solo había un bote y no había toallas de manos. Tuvimos que volver a pedir las toallas y otro bote de gel y explicarles que cada persona necesita un bote porque son pequeños. También tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque había muy poco en la habitación. El primer día no había agua caliente en la ducha; así que, mi novio se duchó con agua fría. Antes de ducharme yo, llamé a recepción para decir que no había agua caliente, nos la dieron y yo me pude duchar con agua caliente. Al día siguiente otra vez no había agua caliente; así que, antes de ducharnos, llamamos a recepción para pedirla, vinieron a intentar darla, pero nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo y no salía caliente; así que, nos cansamos de esperar y nos duchamos los dos con agua fría. Al bajar a la recepción para hacer el check out lo comentamos y nos dijeron que teníamos que haber avisado otra vez, ¿cuántas veces tenemos que pedir agua caliente para que nos la den? Hay nevera pero no funciona. La habitación ya estaba pagada por la aplicación en la que la reservamos, pero al hacer el check out nos hicieron esperar para ver si había algún cargo más y nos intentaron cobrar cargos del restaurante que no eran nuestros, ya que no habíamos pedido nada. Trajeron primero un tique, luego otros dos... No saben ni de quién son los tiques del restaurante. ¡Es increíble! Les dijimos que no podíamos perder más tiempo porque nos salía el tren y nos fuimos.

Pratap Mahal is a beautiful resort midway between Ajmer and Pushkar, making visits to both places easy. The place is quiet, green and has the Aravallis in the background. The greenary was specially true because of the recent rains. Highlights of the resort are: 1. An excellent spa (Akasa) - I wiuld like to personally thank Vino, Anam and Huto for their love and support, especially to my 81 year old father 2. An excellent team of Sufi singers who sing every evening 3. A beautiful marble courtyard where you can see 2 peacocks almost every morning 4. Fauzia before our arrival and Sadhna after our arrival helped us check in. As per my special request for my father, we were provided a room on the top floor near the elevator that had an excellent outside view of the mountains. 5. The breakfast and dinners were awesome. I thank the brealfast chef, Mr Narpat, the khullar tea setter from Pushkar, Mr Kalu and the whole food and beverage team, with a special mention for Sapna, Jitendra and Hargovind for taking good care of my father and me. 6. I thank Mr Jai for suggesting and Mr Pappu Singh in the security services for guiding me for an excellent trek through the mountains to a temple near a waterfall. It was a moderate level trek and could be a huge attraction for the resort. 7. The open swimming pool was excellent. The lifeguard was helpful and courteous. 8. The vintage red Austin on the front porch is a unique feature. My father and I enjoyed getting into the car and getting photographed. Addition of a few activities like yoga services and these trekking activities would be a very valuable addition to the in-house attractions of the resort. Mr Vikas Meena and Mr Munna from the security services told me that small excursions to nearby farmhouses could be made. I chose the Aravalli trek aa i was there for a very short while.
