Ulasan Greenwood Suites Resort

The location is good but without a beachfront, the suite is clean and spacious, the food was good, different menu every day. Facilities were also good, the staff were excellent, very friendly very cooperative.

That was normal costs,

Good all inclusive, water park, service, snack bar, evening program, shuttle bus to beach. Good value for money.

Overall experience was good, enjoyed staying here. We had the apartment which is just away from the main building, looked like a block of flats. Our light outside the room didn't work, asked reception a couple of times and it was fixed. Room was fine, plenty of space but expected a bin in the room and not just in the toilets. Food was good, plenty of options but does vary on different days slightly, more variety would have been nice. There's shops within the resort, entertainment in the evenings, couple of pools and a gym. Gym could do with maintenance and an update but does the job. Overall was a good place, staff were fine, clean enough, would recommend and i would stay here again.

Pleasant stay, good restaurant, all inclusive, liked everything. Also free shuttle to private beach.

Came here last year, the hotel has gone downhill food is terrible this year, felt dirty, some staff are amazing (Julia), hotel kept running out of items so had to wait. Would not return

Great hotel. Great staff. Very good fruit. Nice food too. Area outside the hotel is dirty not hotel fault but something that could be sorted

Very nice hotel for a short visit, conveniently located for transport links. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The late night food option was very useful, although it did take a while to get served. Only thing I would say they could do with a few more vegetarian options in the buffet, the bread, pizzia, fish, ice cream, gozolama and salad options was very good.

It’s ok if you are on a budget, they have ok food choice but can’t expect above and beyond. Compared to another resort I stayed at before this was 3 out of 5

The Hotel was fine but the food was mediocre,same things every day.The public areas of the hotel where ok but there was lots that could have been improved on.The glass and mirrors where grubby the marble floors where all spill marks.Maids where awful put towels in and toilet paper that was it.Sadly I don’t think I would return to this Hotel.

Staff were wonderful and welcoming. All very friendly, food was good, children were happy with the options available. One of our favourite all inclusive food wise resorts! We were able to use all facilities after checking out. Aqua park was amazing and had lifeguards ready. Evening enteertainments were brilliant! The circus show was one of the best live shows ive ever watched. Great kids club available, such friendly staff that got on so well with all the children. Rooms were clean and well prepared, washing machine in our room was so helpful! Balcony with mountain views were wondeful. There are loads of shops a walk away, restaurant, sports bar everything at hand. We also went to the beach via private shuttle, beach had hotel wifi and all inclusive bar open there for hotel customers. Overall brilliant brilliant stay. Definitely recommend! Hopefully coming back soon!
