Hotel dengan WiFi di Aktau

While the staff were generally ok, the hotel is a bit run down for a Renaissance. No in room minibar, only instant coffee, no name mismatched amenities in the bathroom, and worst of all, they oversold non-smoking rooms so the only option was to take a smoking room. The stay is for three nights and I was promised that they would move me to a non-smoking room for night two and three. On day two I asked about changing rooms and “it is not possible”, but perhaps tomorrow. Unacceptable, especially for someone with asthma. I will never stay here again, and am strongly considering leaving early if I can find somewhere better to stay.

Отель расположен в центре города , рядом торговый центр и много кафе и ресторанов . До Набережной и местной достопримечательности Скальной тропы 10 минут ходьбы. Проводили большую конференцию на 200 человек . Зал очень красивый, кондиционеры работают . Есть сцена. Из минусов - нет собственного Led экрана. Заказывали кофе-брейки ( цена от 1700 до 3500 за 1 человека) обед ( цена 5000 тенге) и гала -ужин ( около 20 000 тенге на человека) . Все участники были довольны . Проживали также в этом отеле. Представительский номер был свежий и просторный . Все необходимое было - тапочки, халаты, мыломойка, кофе, чай, чайник, сейф. По запросу предоставляли гладильную доску и утюг. Завтраки вкусные ( яйца, каша, выпечка, овощи , сезонные фрукты, кофе , чай). Очень помогла менеджер Ботагоз - вникала во вменившись запросы и очень оперативно реагировала .

we decided to have a getaway in Aktau , picked Caspian RIviera based on the reviews. we booked a room over the phone, then had to change the date. we were not charged for the booking nor for the date change- this is great ! we arrived early morning, the staff let us check in at 12.00- what a great service ! So we left the bags in the hotel's special baggage room and left to explore the shore. the breeze was just wnderful and fresh ! The Caspian sea as well as any other has that power to recharge you with the energy ! so we walked along the road nexr to the shore, found Istanbul cafe - luckily they were open and served turksih breakfast. after the breakfast and walking along the shore agaon - we came to the hotel, checked in, and another great surprise- we had a free admission for the Sturgion Tour in the Aqaurium at the Hotel . It surely was interesting and interactvie one ! Thanks to the Guide and the hotel ! the room is clean and nice, we could open the balcony door for the fresh breeze or just have a tea- coffee overlooking the sea. room cleaning ladies are great, nice and quiet ! reception's young people are always helpful and professionals. breakfast is also nice- you have a good variety of snacks, eggs, saussages, veggies, fruits, desserts, cereal, tea coffee - all this you can have overlooking the sea. we enjoyed our stay ! thanks to the whole team of Caspian riviera!

Staff are helpful n friendly n can speak English. Room is clean n aircon is cooling

The hotel is located very close to ”corniche” which can be reach by foot. The rooms are very comfortable with air conditioning, safety deposit box, TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a big shower, free toiletries, bathrobe and a hairdryer. Inside the hotel there is a restaurant which serves also a good buffet breakfast. The receptionists at front desk are very kind and speak excellent english. The front desk works 24-hour and offers also currency exchange. Wifi is available throughout the building. We had the plane early in the morning and they offer to prepare a breakfast box to take away. Highly recommended

Grand Nur Plaza Hotel offers elegant, air-conditioned rooms with cable and satellite TV, a safe and balcony. Some rooms have separate living and sleeping areas. The Sultan restaurant serves fine Russian and European cuisine and a breakfast each morning. The Lounge bar with modern furniture serves drinks and snacks. The traditional Beer House pub shows sports events on the big screen. The Plaza’s spa centre includes a gym, indoor pool and Turkish bath. Guests can book massage sessions and treatments at the beauty salon. Aktau Train Station is 12 km from the Grand Nur Plaza. Aktau Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Excellent Hotel, good breakfast. Good location for supermarket and not far from beach for wonderful beach bars. Nice staff, shame the bar was closed in the afternoon. The supermarket was handy for essentials such as pringles and vodka.
