Ulasan New Memnon Hotel

在盧克索西岸，衹能算是國內的民宿，就在曼農巨像的旁邊300米處（曼農巨像對面的西餐廳味道特別好），離帝王谷哈布老城也很近，房間一般般，早餐還不錯，豐富，浴室洗澡水不錯，地理位置很鄉村，周邊很清靜，沒有熱鬧的夜市。看得出來，老闆很盡力的打造酒店，員工很和藹可親。喜歡熱鬧的人可以選擇在東岸盧克索神廟附近大酒店住。喜歡清靜的人就可以選擇這裏。

估計那個人就是老闆，很執着的一個人你。早餐豐富，而且健康,酒店離帝王谷很近叫車的話100埃及幣。住的老外也很多院子裏面還有一個游泳池很多鳥。我們早上一大早起來就去了帝王谷8:00多鍾又回到了酒店在酒店裡麪舒舒服服長時間吃了一個早餐。

很不錯的鄉村小酒店，乾淨衞生，老闆熱情負責。天台可以眺望門農石像，帝王谷和麥田。離熱氣球放飛點是目之所及的距離，早上沿着田間小路走走，遠望熱氣球，美景遠超預期。

位置極佳，在曼儂巨像隔壁，離帝王谷 10 分鐘車程，可以避開高峯瀏覽帝王谷。 農村的民宿，不能要求過高，但老闆還是很有情調的，竟然還有泳池。 就是內部很多東西還在建造，顯得較亂。

L'hôtel était absolument charmant ! Le personnel était chaleureux et très accueillant. Situé dans un environnement calme et paisible, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Son emplacement central permet de visiter facilement les différents sites. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son restaurant, où nous avons savouré des plats délicieux. Un grand merci au patron qui a été aux petits soins pour nous.

Our stay at this hotel in Luxor was nothing short of exceptional. The owner Sayed was absolutely wonderful, so accommodating, helpful, and incredibly patient as we figured out our plans. He went above and beyond to help us organise our days, even arranging a driver for our entire stay, which made getting from one amazing site to the next seamless and stress-free. The location of the hotel is stunning, tucked away in a peaceful area that felt like a true escape. The pool area was a dream; the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, polite, and eager to help. The attention to detail was on another level. The host truly set the bar high for hospitality, and we’ve never experienced such thoughtful care during our travels. What an experience, absolutely unforgettable.

I was treated like a King in the New Memnon Hotel. I’ll start by saying that the room I stayed in (deluxe room with a garden view) was spacious. Had that country feel to it but definitely made me feel the culture of Luxor. Beds were comfortable and wifi was relatively good. I visited this place with my mum. Sayed, the owner was invested in us from the beginning. His passion to ensure that we were having a grand time and were comfortable was palpable. I got sick with some cold symptoms during my stay and he checked in on me couple of times to ensure I had all I needed. He even helped us when we didn’t know where to shop for souvenirs before leaving Luxor. His staff were tremendously helpful as well and provided the best customer service I have ever witnessed in a hotel. I would know this because I have travelled to 40 countries around the world and I can tell you for a fact that a stay here will make you feel like you’re home away from home. This hotel is also very close to the Memnon statues. Family friendly, has a clean swimming pool and a restaurant on property.

I can not praise the New Memnon hotel highly enough. Let’s start with the owner, Sayed, who is available for your every need, even before you realised you might have one! Sayed is an amazing human being, kind, considerate, friendly and fair. We decided to leave a tip for the hotel workers who took care of us during our stay. Sayed insisted that the crew were brought together so that we could give this tip directly to the team. Wow, when have you even seen a hotel boss do this and not pocket tips for themselves? The restaurant was very good too. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning, where there were lots of fruits, salad items, breads, pastries, hot items including freshly made omelettes as well as freshly made coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We ate all our evening meals in the hotel restaurant too. Not only was this very reasonably priced but the food was super delicious. There is no printed menu, because this is not a fast food place, all the food is made fresh, every time based on what ingredients are in season. There are many options to choose from daily, including vegetarian options. Whilst the hotel does not have an alcohol bar, they are happy for you to buy your own alcohol and bring this into the restaurant. The room was very comfortable, with amazing garden views. It was very clean and serviced daily. The hotel also has a lift, which was not mentioned on the hotel information. I have wobbly legs and so this was very much appreciated. Having lived in Luxor all his life, Sayed was able to share his vast knowledge of Luxor with us, including advising us on where to explore and visit. He kindly made all arrangements for us, including competent and safe drivers with very clean cars, a hot air balloon ride and a felucca boat ride. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went to plan and very smoothly. We will definitely return to the New Memnon hotel.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are functional and clean. The shower pressure is good. The bed is comfortable. The gardens are lovely and kept well. Lots of little birds flying about. There is a pool which is kept clean. The wifi is generally good throughout the property. What makes this hotel is the owner Mr. Sayed and his hardworking team where nothing is too much trouble. They really went out of their way to make me feel relaxed, comfortable and welcomed as a solo traveller. I have stayed in 5 star resorts and not had this level of service. I had a driver called Ahmed who i recommend and he made all my trips memorable. The food is very tasty and I encountered no issues with it. All freshly cooked and very tasty indeed. I will definitely return .

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and it is always a pleasure to come back. The hotel has changed to become even better since we last visited spring 2022. New floor and roof on the mainbuilding, a new pool and garden that is so nice, Sayed, the owner, really know how to run a hotel that make you feel home. It is very clean and the food is delicious, The standard is not fancy and modern, but it is the feeling of home that gives me the little extra here. The restaurant is light and cosy and the breakfast gave you all you needed with fresh food and drinks. We will for shore come back to this place another time
