If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through booking.com Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.

بحجز في الفندق من وقت الاخر في كل مرة بلاقي أحسن معامل من طرف الاستقبال ومن فريق Wxyz واريد ان أشكر كتيرا Adam and tulkin and redwan على حسن المعامل وكيفية تقديم الاكل والاهتمام بالزباين ..، <*واهم شي تحسين الخدم في فريق Roof Top ورعاية الزبائن والانتباه اكتر وتحسين خدمة وتقديم الاكل والشراب بسرعة اكتر وعدم التاخير في كل مرةً أطلب شراب يتأخرون على اكتر من 20 دقيقة *> شكرًا كتيرة لفندق ألفت على حسن المعامل في كل مرةً اقيم في الفندق

Hotel ini datang dengan cadangan Jabatan Sumber Manusia tempatan kami. Sebagai pengembara perniagaan yang berpengalaman, saya mempunyai standard yang tinggi dan dapat melihat di luar faktor wow awal. Terdapat pengubahsuaian luaran yang sedang diselesaikan pada masa itu tetapi hotel tidak dapat dikritik kerana itu. Pemandangan gunung dan kolam renang yang indah dari bilik di tingkat 4. Cukup banyak keluarga di kolam renang tetapi pemerhatian yang teliti dan memilih masa yang lebih tenang mudah dilakukan. Saya sekarang tahu bahawa untuk tetamu memilih suite atau vila terdapat kolam renang yang lebih tenang dan berasingan. Trader Vics adalah ciri, seperti juga bar bawah. Minuman adalah nilai yang baik. Makanan sedikit di sebelah yang mahal. Ciri utama bagi saya adalah perkhidmatan dari kakitangan. Cemerlang. Akan sentiasa berusaha lebih jauh.

Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah dan kebersihan juga baik. Hanya dalam pusat beli-belah, terdapat Carrefour dan banyak restoran. Hidup senang. Jika anda datang lagi, anda akan memilih untuk tinggal lagi. Sarapan pagi agak mudah, awal tidak murah, 65 dirham, bersamaan lebih daripada seratus yuan. Lalat dalam salap ialah jika penghawa dingin dihidupkan, siling akan berbunyi kerana pengembangan dan pengecutan haba. Reka bentuk kaca kawasan pancuran mandian di bilik mandi adalah tidak munasabah, dan lantai pancuran mandian dipenuhi air.

Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain

Recently I got an opportunity to visit hili rayhan by Rotana. I must definitely say that they have well maintained hotel. It has a modern look and everything is upto standard. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms are tidy, Modern and spacious also. Furnishing, interior, outlook, everything has real five star feel . Elements serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are theme nights everyday. From maxican to international, Italian to bbq, you get chance to try different menu in dinner every night. Hotel management is always ready to sort any concern. Service is too fast and good. Pool is one of the best in al ain. There is well equipped gym, pool and play area at level 1. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to others.
