Jangan jamin dengan kad kredit Visa. Saya tidak pernah mengisi kad kredit saya dengan maklumat, hanya kali ini. Kemudian sebulan kemudian, ia dicuri beberapa hari yang lalu! Walaupun berpuluh-puluh dolar, tetapi kakitangan hotel ini terlalu tidak boleh dipercayai. Maaf untuk jenama ini. Tiada perkara seperti itu berlaku pada Waldorf kerana saya tinggal di tempat lain. Paman saya juga mengatakan bahawa hotel ini mempunyai pelayan India dan sikapnya tidak baik. Saya harap semua orang mempunyai hati, jangan gunakan visa ke luar negara! !!

The resort is nice. The service is very good, and that's what I appreciate. Hushain in room service, Zubair in engineering were very good and efficient. And Maaz in management was so great. Amr and Salesh in the food services were so very helpful. Both very welcoming and accommodating. Amr was so nice with our kids. Julie and shivraj at front desk were kind and helpful. I was in Villa 3, it's close to the restaurant and has a door at The beach for more privacy, but at night due to the open area restaurant nearby has noise and smoke. The outside of the villas is very nice. Huge space. Serene and relaxing The only issue was the villas are a little dated and the light buttons are cumbersome.

The resort is nice. The service is very good, and that's what I appreciate. Hushain in room service, Zubair in engineering were very good and efficient. And Maaz in management was so great. Amr and Salesh in the food services were so very helpful. Both very welcoming and accommodating. Amr was so nice with our kids. Julie and shivraj at front desk were kind and helpful. I was in Villa 3, it's close to the restaurant and has a door at The beach for more privacy, but at night due to the open area restaurant nearby has noise and smoke. The outside of the villas is very nice. Huge space. Serene and relaxing The only issue was the villas are a little dated and the light buttons are cumbersome.

Jangan jamin dengan kad kredit Visa. Saya tidak pernah mengisi kad kredit saya dengan maklumat, hanya kali ini. Kemudian sebulan kemudian, ia dicuri beberapa hari yang lalu! Walaupun berpuluh-puluh dolar, tetapi kakitangan hotel ini terlalu tidak boleh dipercayai. Maaf untuk jenama ini. Tiada perkara seperti itu berlaku pada Waldorf kerana saya tinggal di tempat lain. Paman saya juga mengatakan bahawa hotel ini mempunyai pelayan India dan sikapnya tidak baik. Saya harap semua orang mempunyai hati, jangan gunakan visa ke luar negara! !!

False advertisement, location is not on Marjan Island, it's on the main road before the island entrance, next to a construction site. Pictures are not updated as the hotel is under renovation with everything old and dirty. Workers and materials in and around the hotel. AC problems and molding everywhere. Curtains, carpets and floors all stains and dirty. Bathroom problems on the mirror, ceiling, garbage bin, water hose, shower. One single small elevator available, used by hotel staff, construction workers and hotel clients. The accessories in the room where old and damaged (land line phone, TV remote, AC unit). Due to low capacity and long time waiting of the elevator, we used the Fire emergency stairs witch was congested with building materials, same story for the parking. At the swimming pool we seen more problems: an open hatch large enough to be a safety hazard, exposed electric wires, damaged sunbeds and broken tiles, toped with a gorgeous view of construction site.
