Zeer schone hotel. We zijn 2 nachten gebleven. Medewerker SERCAN was zeer vriendelijk. Meeste professioenele hotel medewerker die ik ooit heb gezien. Ik heb me echt thuis gevoeld. Ik raad iedereen aan om deze hotel te bezoeken. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Hotel is goed geschikt voor gezinnen of stelletjes. Je komt tot rust. Locatie is perfect. Het is 5 minuten loopafstand naar Alacati Centrum. Ik zal zeker terug komen 😊 ------ Cok temiz bir Konak. 2 gece kaldik ve cok memnun kaldik. Sercan bey cok cana yakin ve guleryuzluylu, onada ayri tesekkur etmek istiyoruz. Kendimizi evimizdeymisiz gibi hissettik! Sultan Konaki herkese tavsiye ederim. Alacati carsisina 5 dk mesefade. Cocuklarinizla veya cift olarak gidilebilicek bi Konak. Kahvaltiyida cok begendik. Kesinlikte bidaha geri gelicegiz ☺️

We just came back from our short yet unforgettable vacation in Alacati which was in large part thanks to this place. Let's begin from location - it is right in the very center of Alacati's old town, literally few minutes walk to get to main street. The house itself is so charming from outside that it charms you right away upon seeing it. The room was really good as well having a touch of both Greek and Turkish cultures similar to building itself. Every day it was getting cleaned up which is rare even for high profile hotels. Wifi really good. Breakfast is truly good with all kinds of home-made jams (super tasty ones), vegetables and cookies. But the primary reason that has won us over this place was the owner / manager of accommodation - Bedirhan. It would not be an exaggeration to say that you would highly rarely meet such a gentle, kind, friendly and helpful person like Bedirhan. He made our stay really comfortable and made us feel at home. Bedirhan and his staff as well are always doing their best for guests. When we return to Alacati, we would not think for a second where to go as it will certainly be Bedirhan's hotel.

Rooms are clean, location is central, you can easily walk to everywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Garden is good for spending time. There are a lot of markets and cafes near it. If I come to Alaçatı again i definitely stay here.

From the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

Great location, beautiful resort along the seaside. One issue we had was the staff barely spoke any english which made it difficult to communicate with the front desk or the servers in the hotel. Our room service tray was left in the room for 2 days because they did not understand when i called to tell them to remove the tray. Keeping all that in mind, we had a great stay overall and loved the beach access. The spa also i would not recommend, i did a facial and it was a waste of money. Again no one speaks english and you cannot communicate to the staff in the spa any of the services you want.

Employees' smilefaces, approaches, and efforts to find solutions to issues deserve appreciation. The facility and rooms have an authentic look. It is a facility where you can feel like home rather than a super luxury Alaçatı facility. Suitable for families. It has a stone oven, a small coffee library, and a bar. I can suggest that they move the bar part a little more. I wish you lots of success and satisfaction.
