Stayed here one night in business. Very nice Hilton Garden Inn. Appeared to be recently renovated. Hallways, lobby, and rooms in great shape with good style. Room was spacious with a well-organized closet, lots of storage, a large desk and comfortable work chair, and lots of plugs. Shower was clean with good water pressure. Internet was fast. Service was pleasant. Suburban location, so not much to walk to, but a number of good places to eat within a short drive. Would happily return.

Recently, Hampton Inn has been our go to place to stay on our trips. Our stay at the Livermore Hampton Inn was the best yet. The value, cleanliness and breakfasts are why we choose Hampton Inn. The Livermore Hampton Inn was updated with nice bright carpet in the hall ways and LED lights. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

This hotel feels so intimate and private, close to tons of shopping and stores, the rooms are large, clean, and fast wifi. Most importantly the staff here is so personable. I wish more hotels would bring this back, making check in feel like they're happy you're there. Ms. Mj Ongkingco was such a sweetheart and you can tell she loves her job. She went the extra mile and it's the exact reason I'll be back. Thank you for the great stay!

Service was great just wished the room felt cleaner and had new couches.

Amazing Customer Service from May and Clarise at the Holiday Inn & Suites Oakland Airport Our group recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Oakland Airport, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by two outstanding staff members, May and Clarise, and other team members on-site. From the moment we secured our group booking and arrived. Clarise efficiently managed our group check-in process, ensuring that each member received their room keys and necessary information without any hassle. Her and her team's professionalism and genuine care made the group feel right at home. May & Clarise were equally remarkable in their customer service. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to assist our group with any needs that arose. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. I might stay here again, but I wouldn't necessarily say I'd be happy about it. On the plus side, it's easy to get to from I-80/580 and Berkeley/Oakland are pretty accessible from here. It's clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. On the minus side, the rooms are pretty small, and there's nothing included with the basic price. Outside parking is $25 extra in an area where theft from parked cars is pretty high. If you want breakfast before leaving, prepare to shell out $28 to sit down (presumably before taxes), or $20 for the buffet. I'm glad I don't live here because the prices and crime are out of sight.

This place is beautiful located right on the water on the other side of the San Francisco bay. Not only is there a beautiful view of the city. But you can also see the Bay bridge and the Golden gate bridge very clearly. The hotel itself has been updated It was very clean, our room was comfortable and it is affordable. I would recommend a room with a view of the bay. There is a great aquatic park that the hotel is connected to which makes for beautiful walks and gorgeous sunsets I would definitely recommend a stay here.

After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs. If you like my review, I hope you'll click the 'helpful' button; those of us who write reviews live for those and it motivates us to do more.

I'm a Platinum member and asked for a spacious King bed and usually get a high floor. This time, they gave me a first floor handicap accessible room with no body wash in the dispenser. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted a 4pm check out, I said yes. When I returned from lunch all of my personal belongings were missing from my room and the room was partially turned over. When I inquired what happened, they told me the person that checked me in didn't mark it as late check out but the funny part is my key card to access the room still worked after 1pm when she had said the system showed a 12pm check out. That in itself didn't make any sense. When I attempted to resolve the situation, I was told that there is no Manager on site and that there is nothing they can do. I could, however, come back at 11pm to talk to the Manager on the night shift and those were the only options until I called customer service. I still don't have this situation resolved as I had personal property in the room that's missing and have not heard back from anyone about it. I would stay away from this property until they get their staff properly trained and when they have management oversight on the weekends. I had to leave with the Managers information after an entire hour and I should have still been in the room for another 2 hours but due to a blunder by the staff, I was kicked out of the room and wasn't even offered another one to complete my stay at the booked time. Also, the customer service was horrible. All but the last lady that helped me get the information I needed to get out the door after dealing with this for over an hour while they were attempting to reach someone that could make a decision, to no avail.
