+ Spacious room; clean; close to beach, pool-ok; Big Migros nearby; - Far from the center, noisy main road nearby; not the best part of Cleopatra to swim due to huge stones; Wi-fi, a/c costs extra. Hosts are really weird (there is an electric kettle in the room and at some point it just refused to work, I requested to change it, but was told to pay… refused and boiled the water in a pot on a rusty electric ring)

Отличный апарт-отель, даже есть плитка для готовки, посуда, вилки-лодки. Чистый очень

Хорошее расположение, плохой внутри. С холодильником были проблемы. Была живность наподобие пауков / тараканов (правда, уже дохлых)

Herşey çok güzeldi çok beğendik 4 kişi konakladık. Sadece tek kullanımlık terlik olmaması eksikti.

قضينا اسبوعا في هذا الفندق وكان مغموراً بالضيافة.. النظافة .. والتنوع من الخدمات ... كان رئيس الخدمة دائما في جميع القضايا ... يمكنني ان اقول لنفسي انني ممتن وسعيدا لاني حجزت في هذا الفندق قريب من الشاطئ فندق مناسب للعائلات ... من يريد الذهاب الى الانيا بدون تجربة سيئة او مفاجات سيئة... ينبغي ان يكون الحجز في هذا الفندق

الفندق قريب من البحر ،على شاطئ الكليوباترا نظيف في الغرفة، فندق مريح، مطبخ لذيذ، فريق عمل ودود . يسعدني ان اكون في هذا الفندق جو اوصي به رائع ، طاقم عمل جيد، طعام لذيذ، الانيا الجميلة! احب هذا الفندق!

Hotel is very bang average. Rooms are very spacious although major downfall is there is 1 air conditioning for the room (this can only be on when the key is in the room) and this you need to pay 5euros per day to use it. They rooms are cleaned every 3 days and it’s a fight to revive toilet roll from reception. Another down fall is there is no WiFi inc even though on the booking it says “free WiFi” it also comes at a cost. Need to pay more if you want to use the WiFi in your room as it doesn’t stretch from reception. No bar or entertainment in hotel. 1 key per room and if you loose it comes with a cost you won’t get given more than 1. Hotel staff don’t speak English(this isn’t a problem) just make sure to have google translate on board with you…

Cockroaches in rooms. One type of breakfast. Bad service. manager not here cant speak english. Every 4 days cleaning. All rooms need updating,u hv to pay a.c, (€5) per night , worst hotel we ever stayed. Avoid avoid

This is most unfriendly dirty hotel i have ever stayed in, the staff are never available the apartments are mouldy and dirty!! The read up states an a la carte menu what a joke!!! No choice basically get what your given or go without!! It also states entertainment nothing on the whole time we was there,not even a bar The pool area was filthy there was even much coming out if the vents in the pool!! So overall very disappointed wrecked our hoilday would never go back

Hotel is located perfectly just 2 minutes by the beach. We had a room on the 5th floor with a pool view. It was very quiet. There are shops and restaurants just around the hotel. The hotel is not the best but perfect for its price. We can highly recommend it.

I didn't expect the Ritz. Room was ok, our bed was made of two singles pushed together, but they could have tried to make them the same height! Lads were on sofa beds which were ok. The poolside was the main problem. There was supposed to be a cafe there. It was there, with a woman running it who had no menus, no food, no cold drinks but she could make instant coffee and play on her phone. The whole place sees to be run by the most lazy people I have come across. At least the cleaner was proactive and asked when we wanted her to call in. The rest of the staff just hide themselves away to play on their phones. It was cheap, but should have been far cheaper for what we got.

Very nice,clean ,big apartment with sea view and brilliant air con ! 2 minutes walk from the beach, shop and restaurants just on the corner which was a real bonus as the food was just a joke! No buffet,not even A La Carte ! Just set portions of meal .We went half board and was just waste of money.I would come back to this apartment but self catering only.

disgusting place,cockroaches everywhere, rooms not clean and broken shower.Staff are rude and dont care if you are unhappy as long as they have your money.Left after 2 days even though we booked for 7
