I recently spend two weeks with family at this beautiful hotel by the beach , we had a family room (3021) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony , very spacious and cleaned apartment and cleaning staff always make sure we had water and juices in our fridges , reception staff was always friendly and eager to help , food was always excellent and everyday something new to try , chefs done marvellous job and the waiting staff was great , hotel has a private beautiful beach with pier and bar , we enjoyed beach everyday and also 3 swimming pools which we also liked and a spa if you fancy sauna or massage ,every night they were some activities like live music , dancing or pool party and hotel is not far away from Alanya city centre and Oba market is just next door , overall we rate our experience 10/10 and we definitely come back to Asia Beach next time , warm greetings from Agnes , Bozena and Boguslaw ❤️ we had a great holiday ❤️

Arrived here on the 26th of October for a 5 night stay and will be leaving here on the 27th October 2024, after one night. This place is not a 5-star resort and does not warrant that rating. The standard rooms are just that standard. No shower gel, shampoo, or even a flannel was available to be used. To upgrade to a superior room in the main building, you are offered this through a £10 a night extra charge. The food lacks flavour and variety at this alleged all-inclusive resort. I was very disappointed with the standard and quality of food, knowing how I enjoy eating Turkish food in the UK. The distance from Antalya airport to the resort is over 2 hours via a private transfer. God help you if you book a shared transfer. This would definitely take a lot longer. There is also nothing in the fridge apart from 2 bottles of water. You also have about 30 channels on the TV that are not English speaking. I can not comment on the pool, quality, beach, activities, selection of alcohol or the activities available. I was not there long enough to experience this. I am sure that there are better 5 star hotels in Antalya, which are of a 5 star standard and nearer to the airport. I have found another 5 star resort to stay at for the remainder of my holiday. Be wise when booking.

Second time iv been to Grand Kaptan Alanya, honestly dont listen to bad reviews, iv already booked for next year. Firstly staff are amazing, very polite, helpful and always have a smile, the spa is amazing and very reasonably priced, had a hamam and full body massage then booked another 5 full body Bali massage, Pebri has a god given gift with her hands, will be booking again next year, very sweet lady with a beautiful smile. The photographers are fantastic, made even me look like a model. From receptionists to bar staff to cleaners, can not fault them at all. The hotel is located in Oba, 15 min drive by a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel into Alanya town and marina. Private beach right in the door step. The Entertainment staff are brilliant, mr motivator coco and elvis have such high energy, the aqua aerobics and aqua zumba was such a laugh, im missing the sound of Elvis and his darts game lol. Lastly but not least the moon bar at the top of the hotel, most amazing views of Alanya castle and coast, best mojitos in alanya. Counting the days till I'm back again next October. Thank you for an amazing holiday Grand Kaptan, I already miss you.....

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

Öncelikle merhaba geçen hafta yapmis olduğum tatilde en güzel tarafından bahsedeyim yemek çeşidi az ama lezzetli odalar temiz ve güler yüzlü ama resepsiyon da sanırım ismi huseyindi güler yüzlü bir beyefendi vardı bizimle de çok ilgilendi odamıza süs yaptırdı ona ayrıca teşekkür ederim 🙏

Öncelikle müşteri memnuniyeti için çok güzel özellikle Müdür Fatih Yıldırım beye güler yüzlüğü alçak gönüllüğü için Yusuf Burak beye güler yüzlülüğü garson Ali beye herşey için çok teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel bir şekilde ilgileniyor bundan çok memnun kaldık gece eğlenceleri çok güzel inanılmaz animasyonlar çocuklu aileler için çok iyi ama bazı içecekler paralı ve yerli turiste biraz pahalı (Fatih bey bu konuyla ilgileneceğinden endişem yok) bu durumdan memnun kalmadık ama herşeyiyle mükemmel tavsiye ederim seneye yeniden gelmeyi düşünüyoruz .
