Reasonable prices, a variety of room sizes, on-site emergency power generation, very friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel has the best views of Mt. Mayon anywhere! Multiple levels and balconies to choose from. Air-conditioned rooms, TV (we didn't watch much), and included shower-toilet room with each room. Comfortable bedding and good lighting. NO on-site food service, but a McDonald's 200m on the same side of the road. Other area restaurants require transportation. Food preparation area and accommodation of events (for a fee) are available on the third floor terrace. Bring any food you like to eat there. 50% downpayment was required at booking, with the balance due on arrival.

Place is nice and cozy, rooms are clean and tidy. With nice city view from deck, beautiful landscape and with friendly and attentive staff. Ms. Mayette Nacional will make sure that everything you need will be provided, jolly person and easy to deal with while Sir Marlon will take care of your belongings and handles it properly and with care. Frontdesk Ms. Shé is also accommodating and provided complete information about your stay. Some guests may find the road leading to the place too steep with approx 45 degrees inclination and 90 degrees turn halfway but there is a parking space before the turn for easy loading and unloading. Might be challenging to new drivers. With free mineral water in common area and unlimited coffee with sugar. Al Fresco dining area at the ground floor, welcome hygiene kit available, towels, beddings provided. T&B comes with hot/cold shower and bidet. Meals can be ordered 24/7 and with half court basketball court. Overall it was a pleasant experience, budget friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

PPengguna TetamuMy recent stay at the Lotus Blu Hotel left me thoroughly disappointed. The absence of essential amenities, including a gym and a pool, was a significant drawback. Furthermore, the quality of breakfast was subpar and did not meet expectations. Considering the price I paid, the value for money was far from fair. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the hotel did not accommodate a late check-out without additional charges, despite ongoing construction on the second floor. It was disappointing that the hotel did not make any effort to offer a free late check-out or provide compensation for the disturbance caused by the construction. Moreover, as a guest who frequently stays out early and returns very late at night due to business commitments, I had hoped for a more understanding and accommodating approach from the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Taking into account the lack of amenities, unsatisfactory breakfast, unfair pricing, inflexibility with late check-outs, and the hotel's failure to cater to my specific needs, I have decided that I will not be returning to the Lotus Blu Hotel in the future.

Llove18This place is best for a nearby get up within the city. The bed is just normal though the room is big but no other supplies where you can hang your clothes. The receptionist is not welcoming, sometimes you can hear loud noises outside the hallway and sometimes I am awake when I'm asleep. One should be welcoming and pleasing whenever greetings some guests. I can suggest this to couples , friends, even solo travelers who just want to stay there for a resst but prefer to travel and visit nearby places since it is accessible.

PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel St. Ellis has the best breakfast buffet I've found anywhere, compared to at least a dozen hotels in the U.S. It also has a small but wonderful swimming pool, very good service, and a terrific shower. The biggest negative is that it provides absolutely no written instructions for operating the air conditioning, the TV, the Wifi, and the lights. It provides just one room key, no matter how many people are staying in the room. The air conditioning goes off at night, and can be restarted only by standing on a chair and pressing the button, but they don't tell you that. My wife and I suffered from overheating on the first night. Operating the TV requires pressing 2 or 3 buttons. The room has a power key -- a plastic card that must be inserted on a slot to get any electricity. I had to ask a staff member to connect by phone by WiFi on the ground floor and again on the 3rd floor, because they have 2 different systems. It took my wife and me a full day to figure everything out. The other family members, in another room, never did figure out the air conditioning, and suffered through all 3 nights. It would take the hotel staff less than an hour to write out all these instructions on a single page and print a copy for each room, but they don't bother. If they did, I would give the hotel 4 and a half stars. Other members of my family were so confused by the lack of instructions that they gave the hotel just 3 stars. Their other complaint was that the walls on the stairway are in serious need of painting and repair, but this didn't really bother me. Please, Hotel St. Ellis: get off your butts and write out the instructions!

PPengguna TetamuIn spite of the previous bad reviews I booked this hotel as they were reopening which I thought meant they have improved the hotel. They should have not opened yet at this stage where they are still fixing the hotel rooms and amenities. Maybe when they're finished renovating and they're fully open, it would be a better time to stay. Stay away if you want a comfy hotel stay. There were 2 incidents of brownout during our stay, on the 2nd one they couldn't fix the problem in our room, while the other rooms had electricity. Maintenance had to go inside our room in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but eventually had us transfer to a different room at almost 1am. Then we were hoping to sleep in, as we were tired from the previous night's issue, but at 7am the noise of drilling woke us up. Food: Disappointing food choices. They have a restaurant and a coffeeshop. Good coffee and pastries. But on the main restaurant, there were only 3 food choices in our entire 4-day stay: bicol express bagnet, sinigang bagnet and hainanese chicken. Breakfast was dismal, plated tapa/longganisa and egg, then 2nd option bread, ham, egg and sweet sausage. The taste was just okay. At one point we opted to have a breakfast buffet instead at a nearby hotel (M*r*s*n Hotel). Room: The view is definitely fantastic and our room was near the swimming pool which I appreciated. But the room is small. No trashcan in the bathroom, no hangers and laundry bags, but they promptly provided after I asked for it. No rack for towels. No hair dryer and they can't provide one when I asked for it as another guest is currently using it. The bed is not comfy, it is hard and no available room with a king-sized bed. Random noises from the work they're doing in the other rooms so you can't really relax or sleep at day time. One of the keycards kept on malfunctioning so I kept on going back to the lobby to have it reset. Others: Definitely great views and location. Wide open spaces but common areas are usually warm as the airconditioning is off on most areas. Lobby restroom appears clean but smells awful. There is no hand sanitizer or soap. Overall value: Php 5k promo rate and 7k for regular rate per night. It was not worth it. Spa: The staff and massage was great but the spa is still on the works, I even had to play music from my phone as their amenities are incomplete. They could have at least warned us that the hotel is not yet fully functional and renovated. Or they couldv'e just fixed the hotel first before having guests. Staff: The hotel staff was the gem of the hotel as they did their best in spite of the poor situation. They were kind, friendly, quick to respond and professional. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

IIgnacioThe place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
