We used to stay on this hotel because it was a good price point and they had an amazingly warm hot tub. Not too hot, but definitely not cold. We know the breakfast is nothing to be desired, but it used to be fairly decent. My oh my how all of that has changed, sadly!! The hot tub was literally COLD!! Im talking not even lukewarm. We told the front desk and she said she'd "look into it." She walked into the control room for 30 seconds, walked out, stuck her hand in the water and actually jumped at how cold it was, turned around, told us it was 85 degrees and that was warm enough!! I'll guarantee it wasn't even 85 and if that is acceptable to you, wow is all I can say!! We asked for some compensation because that was 70% of the reason we booked with them again. They denied any and all compensation, never offered a free night once the hot tub is fixed, NOTHING!! We went down the next morning to see if it was warmer, nope. So if you're looking to relax in a HOT TUB, go out to Holiday Inn Express. If theres ever a problem with ANYTHING there, they will either fix it or comp it for you, no questions asked!! As far as the breakfast went, they hadn't even turned on the cappuccino machine, the juices tasted like they were 6 months expired, and the milk was most definitely rotten!! Again, they denied it and acted like thats how it was supposed to be. GROSS!!

Was very disappointed in our room. It was supposed to have been cleanedp but we went into take a shower there was a dirty wash cloth around the shower head. The hot tub was cold and they need a better breakfast choices

Totally awesome staff and very friendly. Very clean. Totally warmest pool. I’ve been in for a long time. It was awesome. Big hot tub. Worked great. Not your small run of the mill. Great cleaned comfortable rooms. We forgot some things and they called us right away, and when we got there, they came out and brought it right to us, that was awesome. Good breakfast great coffee yes I have to have my coffee even though the wife don’t like it just keep up the great work we will definitely be back to visit family and this is where we will stay. Thank you for all you’ve done.

I forget the man's name but the older gentleman working the front desk is amazing he was very welcoming and I was just happy to be here. The pool is warm which is amazing because any other place you go they say the pool is heated and it's freezing cold this pool is warm me and my son had a great time and we will definitely make this our little mini getaway.

We had a great weekend there. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. I would go during the week next time as lots of kiddos so could not get into the pool/ hot tub

The gentleman at check in was very helpful. He carried my suitcase to the top of the stairs as I was recovering from surgery. Very grateful! When I got to the room and was getting ready to relax, I saw black hair all over the pillows and and bed. I didn't want to complain so I pulled the sheet up and went to sleep. I told the lady at check out and she just said she would tell house keeping. It was awful like the bedding hadn't been changed.

The entire place was very clean and well maintained. Our room was great! We would have preferred a different t.v. set up but overall that was our only complaint. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot of offer for food choices and the Hy-vee next door offers a wide variety. The breakfast in the morning was good and offered quite a few choices. We will definitely be coming back here again.
