This place should not be listed as a Relais and Chateau property. It is 30 years tired, and well past its glory days. My welcome water bottle was previously open, they took our 1/2 bottle of wine in the bucket - which they returned after calling. The flowers are next to dead through out the property. Not at all like the pictures on their website.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay while touring the area. The hotel is beautiful and it really felt like home. The personnel were truly wonderful. Breakfast was small but nothing was missing and the dinner at their restaurant is truly delicious! What truly captivates you is the location. Just next to the river set amongst a beautiful garden. The best place to relax and unwind!

Excellent staff, beautiful location, calm, relaxing in an enchanting parc. An extraordinary place for people who wish to enjoy more than a hotel. The hostess is extremely helpful and charming. The breakfast is excellent. The swimmingpool overlooking the parc and the river is a place you don't want leave. Albis historic center is only 5 mins sway.

This is a family run small relais chateau hotel which feels more like staying in a friends country house. Nothing was too much trouble, a very relaxing hotel on the tarn river with exquisite service, cleanliness and delicious menu . Food is taken seriously here and served delicately with passion. A must stay in this area if you like what i have written !

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and that the staff were genuinely out to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was great to see that they were taking on and actively training a couple of interns and some younger staff in this time of staff shortages. The owner is very “hands on” and apparently she has been for many years. We’ve had some of the best service in any restaurant anywhere whilst staying here. The gardens are stunning, and the view while dining outside was perfect. Our room was very comfortable. We will return!

Right on the banks of the Tarn, calm and relaxing, overviewing the still waters of the river. On the opposite bank gigantic poplars bord green fields. And just 3km from the touristic center of Albi. Assuredly the best location around. Rooms with river view recommended to fully enjoy the experience.

Un bel emplacement avec vue relaxante sur le Tarn. L'endroit est assez calme et la propriété bien entretenue, avec un joli parc pour se promener. Le bâtiment est cependant peu esthétique et assez vieillot dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignées et d'insectes à l'intérieur, cela mériterait un peu plus de nettoyage et d'attention. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et la literie est confortable mais là aussi, le style est d'une autre époque. La piscine de grande dimension est agréable pour nager. Cependant, il y a là-aussi beaucoup d'insectes morts à la surface de l'eau, ce qui rend l'expérience moins agréable, et le personnel ne semble pas nettoyer régulièrement. L'accueil est très chaleureux et le personnel au petit soin, qui fait de son mieux pour aider à résoudre les problèmes ou répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons vraiment rencontré des personnes sympathiques. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également au bon niveau, avec une cuisine savoureuse et recherchée, nous nous sommes régalés. En conclusion, une expérience assez bonne, mais les points décrits ci-dessus en font un rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Des investissements doivent être réalisés pour pouvoir prétendre à l'exigence des Relais & Châteaux.

Nous avons passé une très belle étape à l’occasion de nos 30 ans de Mariage à La Réserve d’Albi. Tout était parfait : magnifique chambre donnant sur le parc avec une vue superbe sur le Tarn, piscine et terrasse panoramiques pour la détente et dîner excellent. Toute l’équipe a été très attentionnée pour faire de ce séjour un moment d’exception. Un grand merci et à très bientôt pour découvrir cette belle région !
