Ulasan Pateo Village

Very nice place, however there was no dishwashing soap to clean cups, plates, pots, knives and forks. Also the air conditioner did not work as a heater when in that mode. It would only blow cold air and the apartment was always damp. Lastly the indoor heated pool and hot tub were not heated, the water was a little better than cold. You need hotter water. Other than those items it was a very nice and quiet place to stay.

Great place to stay. I will return for sure. Very close to the city center, Praia dos pescadores, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend without any doubts.

Once again we enjoyed Pateo Village fantastically, we can now say that Pateo Village is our favorite stay in Albufeira. Wonderful stay in a quiet area close to the center, Staff is extremely friendly

It was a very nice location, but unfortunately the service was very poor.

Spacious apartment, in a very pleasant place with easy access to Albufeira (by car or transport). The indoor pool is a bonus at this time of year. The internet signal is weak and unstable in the apartments.

We went for the heated pool but the water temperature was 23 degrees. That is, cold. We told the maintenance man who was doing the measurements twice and he didn't pay any attention to us. In that aspect very bad. Very spacious apartment. Relatively close to the center

All in all it’s very clean reception staff and cafe staff lovely just don’t go in October it’s dead and also the bald reception guy with glasses. Took this place away from getting 4 stars so rude and uncaring but special mention to girl from Brazil in cafe she was excellent and food lovely

Myself and 6 other lads I work with booked Pateo Village through a work rewards scheme for a 3 night trip to Albufeira. After reading some fairly positive reviews and a few very negative reviews we were unsure what to expect but considering all we had paid for the two rooms were work reward points, we were pleasantly surprised. Starting with the staff, every staff member we spoke to were very hospitable and friendly. We had read a few ropey reviews about the rooms so were a little concerned but we were again pleasantly surprised. The rooms, while basic were very spacious and clean and fitted with air-con. the pool area was very neat and tidy and looked very well kept. There was plenty of space and sun loungers available with plenty of shady areas. Also, the hotel had no issue with us bringing our own beers from the local shop and drinking them around the pool which was handy. There were reports about the hot tub being dirty and making people ill, but again it was basic but well kept. I did suffer with a bit of holiday bum while away but that could probably be chalked up to the copious amounts of beer and fast food consumed while away. All in all really good hotel, at the end of the day you get what you pay for and if you want a cheap getaway to Portugal then Pateo Village is perfect. PS. if you chose to ride the dolphins on the roundabout near the hotel be aware that they are slippery on the way down.

It was our second time visiting this little hidden gem , its so chill no sunbed wars and everyone seems to respect the chill nature of the place , the grounds are spotless and apartments are perfect, we stayed in upstairs apartment first time we visited and ground floor this time I preferred the ground floor as your straight access to pool . Staff are friendly especially the lovely lady in the restaurant, they stopped the entertainment in the bar which is a shame as we really enjoyed it last time we stayed .

We had an absolutely wonderful time. This place is perfect for those who want to chill by the pool and wander into the old town at night. Everyone was so warm and friendly especially the wonderful lady at the pool cafe. There were no towels left in sun beds and everyone relaxed in harmony. The grounds are beautiful, room was basic but clean and well equipped. Would 100% go back

Went here with my sister and my 2 teenage boys. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. The shower looked like it wouldn’t be up to much but nearly blew me onto the opposite wall when I stepped in! Fabulous! I must say of all the places we’ve stayed, this was my favourite, there were tons of sun loungers by the pool and no one seemed to reserve them like they do in other places and there were always lots free no matter what time we went down there. There was also no messing around the pool and all the guests seems to respect and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. There was some noise at night but to be fair, people like different kinds of holidays, we were so worn out from the day time we slept well regardless of a bit of noise. The receptionist was lovely as was the lady in the on-site cafe. The old town was a quick walk away and we loved it. We weren’t keen on the newer part. It was kinda rough but the new part was really family friendly. We toured the caves by boat and went to zoo marine water park. Really would definitely 100% go back there.

The first apartment we got put into was a state it was not suitable for anyone to stay in due to the smell off the bathroom it smelt toxic and was not suitable for anyone to stay in . we complained on our first night due to noise and that awful smell the room was 001 so if you do get put in this refuse as it would of ruined our experience it took abit of persusing to the manager but eventually moved us apart from that the stay wasnt too bad i dont think i would return as its nt really a family/couple hotel as there is alot of teenagers but i think this is just albuferia now seems to have a big party scence which isnt us. the apartment we got moved to was 305 and we really enjoyed our stay in this one the balcony was spacious and the room was clean abit of noise but nothing as bad as 001 so happy days! . We just want to say also the women at the cafe near the pool was such a nice lady and had great customer service
