I booked this hotel in Altay , it’s very convenient to everywhere , and have different restaurants around , easy to find foods here, and hotel provide free shuttle bus to JiangJun Mountain and also airport / train station, the receptionist 亚亚 and 小吴 are very friendly and helpful so sweet, overall I enjoyed the stay

JinDu is getting outdated, rooms need to be freshed up and cleaned better , especially the carpets full of stains. The rooms were also way too hot and no way to regulate the temp . Even keeping the window open while it was -19degrees outside was not cooling down the room enough . The breakfast was also limited .

酒店環境很好，符合政府酒店的氣質。房間中規中矩，物品配備齊全。酒店不遠就有商業體，有吃飯的地方，出門就是克蘭河和公園。入住後去了樺林公園，感覺一般，入園免費但缺少維護。又去了滑雪場，城市不大，去去滑雪場也不遠，現在還沒雪，正在維護設備，準備10月20日開滑。總之還挺滿意的

酒店全程太滿意了！環境打掃的很乾凈，每天早餐也很豐盛，每個樓層電梯旁有免費飲用水隨意領取，位置就在將軍山山腳下，每天有酒店接駁車免費送到雪場（請按照規定時間）。酒店五樓有洗衣房很方便。大床房要比標間空間大一點，帶板包的可以參考一下。不得不提一下，酒店服務真的太太太好了，早上起晚了錯過了早餐時間，去晚了也幫我準備了早餐。吃完飯着急去雪場，把頭盔雪鏡落在餐廳，酒店又請司機師傅專程幫我送上來。各種小問題一直在麻煩酒店，都是有求必應，態度熱心又禮貌，真的很感謝，下次去還住這裏

The hotel location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes, interesting restaurants and all kinds of shopping. It was difficult to manage the over heating in the room, particularly the bathroom (bidet was a nice touch), but leaving the windows open at -20 brought the room temp down to a comfortable +22. Disappointed that the cafe/bar wasn't open, but laundry and gym were clean and modern. Rooms were 'cleaned' each day however clean cups and regular stock would have been appreciated. Water was provided. Front desk and other hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

房間很大衞生很乾凈，前台服務很好，一個短髮應該是經理很貼心，主動與我們聊天，有遠方到來的回家感覺。早餐很豐富，很適合我的口味，客房阿姨也很熱情的打招呼。周邊去哪裡都很方便，以後還有機會一定來住

Best stay ever. we stayed here for 12 nights and the experience has been amazing. We feel very welcomed from the moment we walked into the lobby. Breakfast has been a highlight everyday. Variety of food choices. There's also a shuttle bus from and to the snow, very convient. Free laundry service, clean room everyday, and a fridge filled with goodies! Highly recommend.
