Hotel Alexandria dengan Sarapan

My husband and I had our wedding at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel in September 2024, and we could not fault the team for everything that they did to make our day so special. From the communication during the planning (we live in Australia so it was all done long distance), to all their hard work on the day itself, Kitti and her team had everything covered, and made sure that the day ran smoothly. A special mention to Kitti for taking such incredible care of my mum after she fell, and for doing so with such calm and composure. A true professional. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed our wedding weekend at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, amongst the surrounds of Luss and the Trossachs. I highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

Had a very pleasant stay , thank you to the front desk for arranging our preferred room type with ease. Pleasant clean room with a bath tub and a quiet area to get a good sleep. We didn't have breakfast included but purchased at the hotel , the full Scottish breakfast was fantastic and very tasty . The location is perfect , there is a bus stop outside that can take you to various points of loch lomond and the buses take contact less too.

Hotel decorated really nice. Very clean and tidy. Food and drink, fine, but overprice but it’s a hotel so you accept that. No complaints. But for the price of a room for £200 odd room was basic and small. I have stayed in premier inn in the centre of London which was more spacious! The important part of any hotel is a GOOD COMFORTABLE BED. We had a basic small double bed which was just about big enough for one person. I’m just about 6 foot and my feet were basically dangling of the edge. And the mattress and pillow were the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. And I’ve stay in a lot of hotels! Such as shame as the most important part of it put a dampener on the whole experience. Advice, for the price it costs to stay invest in some half decent comfortable bedding please!

The staff were lovely and friendly. Very helpful, the room was good for us. Clean very adequate. We had food in the evening when we got there that was good. Breakfast good too.

I have been to Cameron House on quite a few occasions and my last review wasn't so positive so I have to write about my most recent stay. Myself and my husband stayed here on one of their special deals. We arrived and had a lovely check in experience from Colin. Our room in the main hotel was beautiful with a view over the Loch. We ate in the Cameron Grill and dinner was lovely. We sat in the Great Scots bar all evening and had a wonderful time. The only thing is, they only serve one type of rose (whispering angel) and it is £20 per glass. I wish they would add another on at a lower price. The breakfast the next morning was just delicious. There is so much to choose from. I am so glad I gave Cameron House another chance. The issues from opening back up seemed to be ironed out and we had one of the best stays we've ever had. Firstly the setting is fantastic and the view and the area is first class. My partner and I stayed here many years ago and this time we decided to take our kids. On booking we stated that 4 people (of course referring to children) and booked a suite based on this booking.. and thought no more. The rooms are clean and spacious of view peaceful with great views. On booking out we received a surcharge of £60 per child which wasn’t clear and left a sour taste TBH. We stated on booking of x4 people and want clear of the surcharge, because if it was clear the pricing may have put us off booking! This to me is very poor communication and should have been mentioned as your charged enough for the suite.

The hotel was very convenient, right on the main street. Easy walk to the shops, the riverside, the local campsite, with a charming walk through the woods along the riverbank. The room was spacious but rather crowded with two double beds, but the staff were very helpful, accommodating the bike securely through the back on the ground floor. Radiators were warm in the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was a bit of a game but worked out ok. Great for a one night stay on the LEJOG route from Glasgow to Callander.
