Located right on the waterfront way Corniche, this place offers a nice balcony view from its rooms (which is a "pretty expansive" view mainly of the Mediterranean Sea straight ahead but also encompassing a part of the city's skyline "to the left" and also the Qaitbay Citadel but just in its "pretty small shape" at some distance across the water), and it's a location "quite central" I would say full of many miscellaneous shops and above all some good places to eat (McDonald's where I had breakfasts at about a 5-minute walk away, and two restaurants called Bazooka & Cafe de la Paix where I had lunches right beside this hotel building but each on an "opposite side" of the building), and yes from this central location is also just like 10-to-15-minute taxi rides to all the "main sites" of the city (Qaitbay Citadel, Roman Theater, Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa & Pompey's Pillar). Also, my "many thanks" are for the manager Salah whose helpfulness & cooperation made my 3-night stay a pleasant one. Just a little on the down side with this place for me was my room being "a bit cramped" and some inconvenience of having to walk up the stairs for about two levels of a big heritage building with "high ceilings" (making the stairways here somewhat longer than those in modern buildings).
