For the price we paid for, the quality of room and amenities was worth it. I was choosing 2 other hotels with, one was just beside their hotel and I'm glad I chose them since not only were they cheaper, I am happy with the quality of room provided, it was spacious, clean, comparable to the other expensive hotels we've tried. Just like other reviews, husband noticed that they should provide a full length mirror. This is considering I did not mention this particular feedback to him. Also, another room for improvement, is the breakfast buffet choices. I guess with the room rate, you get what you pay for.. but it can be improved. I may consider staying at this hotel again.

The vibe in north wing is everything I needed. Additionally, foods are exceptional for the price. The pool was okay, although the kids wished to stay a bit longer but it’s too cold for them. 😂 Nevertheless, thank you so much for making our birthday extra happy.

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of the Philippines, Taal Vista offered us a truly memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that permeated throughout our entire experience. The room was impeccably clean, exuding a sense of comfort and relaxation. The breathtaking view of the Taal Volcano from our window was simply mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. We found ourselves captivated by the beauty of nature right outside our doorstep. The accommodations provided exceeded our expectations in every way. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. During our time at Taal Vista, we had the opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurants. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. The dining experience was further enhanced by the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, creating a truly unforgettable dining experience. Overall, our stay at Taal Vista was nothing short of exceptional. From the clean and comfortable accommodations to the breathtaking views and impeccable service, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to immerse ourselves in such a serene and beautiful environment. We cannot wait to return to Taal Vista for another unforgettable getaway.

The room was very basic and small with hardly any space to walk around. However, it was at an acceptable level of cleanliness. The walk area around the main building is nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were served a complimentary welcome drink and breakfast the next morning. The only downside is the location. At the time of booking, I didn't realize it would be so far outside. There are hardly any fast-food restaurants within walking distance so had to take the tricycle.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up. Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view. CONS are; 1. No wifi 2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data 3. Occasional brownout Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

Lokasi hotel senang dicari. Ia mempunyai halaman yang berasingan dan sangat lengang. Ia adalah salah satu bangunan tertinggi di sini. Ia mempunyai tempat letak kereta dan kolam renang. Kolam renang dan restoran ketika ini ditutup semasa wabak GCQ. Hanya makan tengah hari yang boleh dibungkus untuk sarapan. Tidak ada pelbagai. pilih. Pembersihannya sangat bersih, tetapi terdapat banyak semut kecil di dalam bilik, dan kakitangannya sangat bagus. Harganya masih kecil dan mahal, biliknya agak kecil, kemudahan perkakasannya tidak begitu bagus, tinggal sedikit orang, tetapi harganya tidak berkurang. 🚗 Pengangkutan:
