Hotel berhampiran Mosquée Imam El-Ghazali, Algiers

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

We stayed here in a superior king room for 3 nights. We had a good view of the gardens and the room was fairly modern. It was somewhat small. We had enough space to store our luggage but it was pretty tight. The bathroom worked well but was pretty dated. The toilet area was very tight due to the placement of the toilet dispenser next to your leg. An excellent breakfast was included in our rate. Lots of variety and very good service. They have a bar and two restaurants, one of which served breakfast plus other meals. The bar has a good variety of drinks and you can order food. Quality was good although prices are high compared to local prices. Front desk personnel and concierge were extremely helpful. Housekeeping did a great job. Smoking is permitted in many areas of the hotel, including the bar. As a result, the hotel smells like smoke in a lot of places. This place isn’t perfect but we liked it a lot. I would give it a 4.5 if I could but rounded up because of their very good service and excellent breakfast.

Well situated beautiful hotel, direct in Casbah. Close to the metro, a lot of little cafes around. All day drinks and snacks provided. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of information given, possibility to exchange money ,the good rate.(euro) The small room, a miniscule bathroom, very hard pillows was a minus. But globally we had a good stay.

اغلب الوقت لاجد موظف في الاستقبال بوفيه الفطور متواضع جدا لايوجد حساب بالفيزا ولا الماستر كرت. اغلب الخدمات التي وردت في وصف الفندق لم تكن متوفرة

i just love it............this hotel very veryyy nice ,اعجبت بهذا الفندق كثيرا،فندق جميل،....... غرف نظيفة.....,.. .عاملة تنظيف الغرف مؤدبة .......،جميع ،طاقم الاستقبال و عمال المسبح مؤدبون.....انصح به حقا اتمنى زيارته مرة أخرى .....

Great facility, in very good location on the sea side , I do come here off and on with my work team , and I'm always impressed with the staff working here from front desk to restaurant staff , housekeeping .. I would like to praise Mrs ”Fatima” working in the restaurant for her warm welcome everytime I go there for any of my meals , she holds a genuine welcoming attitude and always smiles to us , thank you for your great service I have to empathise about algerian cuisine , A MUST TRY ! I had an excellent stay and I would like to thank you for everything: the warm welcome, the kindness, the attentions, the advice, the cleanliness of the lodgings, their really complete equipment, among others, and also I would like to emphasize the sympathy of each of Mr. Abdennour, Mme kafila They were very sincere, helpful and kind... The catering service was also excellent and presented a very varied choice (the food was of a very good standard and the buffet was impeccable)...

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!
