Apartamentos Boni

The description of apartment number 52 are extremely inaccurate. This is NOT an apartment for 4 people. It's barely big enough for a couple. There are no closets, no wardrobes, no drawers, no washer, no dryer, no sound proofing, no seating area, cutlery drawer is on the floor under the stove, utensil cupboard cannot be fully opened due to fridge location, bedroom has no furniture other than a bed, TV cannot be watched without neck strain as it hangs from the ceiling. I could go on and on. Terrace is lovely, location is great. Other than that, we were very unhappy.

The one bedroom apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, spacious and good shower. Location is great, within stones throw of harbour, beach and old town restaurants/bars. Left luggage in lockers as arrived early - this was a much appreciated touch. Number codes used to access the building and apartment instead of keys, had no issues with this. Would stay again.

Really nice apartments and super friendly/helpful staff. The apartment we arrived to was lovely, but the information on *********** was wrong and we thought we were getting a sea view. This was in no way the fault of staff at the accommodation. When we pointed this out they upgraded us to a different apartment with a larger balcony and sea view. On our last day we had to move to another apartment but this was fine and it had a great view of the castle. All of our things were moved for us by the staff so it was no problem at all. All of the apartments are very well equipped .The apartment building is located close to the harbour front where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. It is also just around the corner from the old town, which is great for a stroll around and lots of great little bars. A perfect place to stay for a city break and great staff. If you are there in season, I recommend a boat trip to the Isla Tabarca, a wonderful little and interesting place to spend a few hours, especially if you like cats!

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city but moments walk to Postiguet beach. Well set up with everything needed. Clean, easy to find and very accessible. The combination entry to the studio takes a bit to get used to but is easy once you know how. Such an excellent idea near the beach to have keyless entry. I always worry about keys being lost or stolen at the beach.

The apartment was ideal for my needs. It had a view of the Castillo and the Cathedral. The bells of the Cathedral rang in the evenings sometimes. The kitchenette had everything you would need for a few days. All the sites and the beautiful port area are a short walk away. The busses & tram connections are in the port area also. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Most of all the staff were excellent- so helpful via WhatsApp. There was a room to keep bags for early drop in and late check out with lockers which could be accessed with own key and door codes. Everything was so smoothly operated even though I never met any staff member during my stay. Would recommend these apartments for a short stay and will be back here again! As others have mentioned the central location can be noisy so take earplugs!

Esta muy bien! Lo recomiendo mucho,la habitación normal (nos tocó la 31) con todo lo necesario,la limpieza excelente y los propietarios super amables,todo automático la puerta del edificio como la del apartamento son con un pin que se cambia después de cada visitante,el ascensor moderno y bn está muy completito! Volveremos!

Maravilloso lugar y maravillosas personas. El edificio está muy cerca de la playa y te ahorra mucho tiempo. La limpieza del apartamento es increíble, el espacio adecuado si deseas viajar con amigos o familia. El baño es muy amplio y cómodo. Definitivamente pienso volver. Gracias Boni por hacer que nuestra estancia haya estado tan bonita.

Todo bien y muy limpio, la cama y almohadas cómodas y el personal muy amable Muy céntrico al lado del puerto y muy cerca de la playa es la tercera vez que vamos y volveremos seguro a estos apartamentos

Pedí y pagué un apartamento 1 persona tipo lux. Me encontré un apartamento para 4 personas con ventanas interiores a patios, ni una a la calle. Cuando reserve explique mis necesidades y podían haber dicho que no había disponibilidad. Salí pitando con mi maleta, no estuve más que 30 minutos., Perdí todo el dinero de la reserva, pero preferí eso a tener un ataque de claustrofobia. De VERGÜENZA!!!
