Hotel berhampiran MARQ Provincial Archaeological Museum, Alicante

Love this hotel. It is clean and central for spending time in Alicante. Bar Staff take time to know you and remember your orders. Food and drink reasonably prices. Rooftop pool is beautiful and wasn’t too busy when we arrived. You can call reception to order snacks and refreshments. House keeping come daily and refresh the room. Would recommend and defo will stay again.

Basic but clean accommodation. A bit of a longer walk into the centre than I thought but easily done. Kettle available but no tea/coffee etc so a bit pointless, although I had taken a couple of coffee sachets so it wasn’t bad for us. Room cleaned daily and clean towels daily which was nice. Great if you’re driving and need a parking space and quick to get to from the airport with a bus stop right outside. Reception staff were polite and welcoming. We just wanted a base and somewhere to sleep for a short break.

Après avoir vécu une catastrophe avec Airbnb qui nous a planté devant la porte sans clés pour accéder au logement, avoir dû dormir 2:00 dans la voiture en attendant une solution, nous avons réussi à trouver une chambre à 1:00 . On sortait d’un mariage et on était fatigués. À cet hôtel nous avons réussi à trouver un lit douillet , propre et accueillant. Et notre cher Ivan nous a vraiment très bien accueilli, à l’écoute, et attentif à nos besoins. Vraiment Top!

Be aware that you need to walk 380 m via a very light weigh foot bridge across the highway to get to the hotel if you arrive from South and driving towards Alicante/Alicante Airport. When you are driving after “Maps” it will direct you to a small local access road under the highway - but the road is in quite bad conditions and it leads you to a locked gate. The hotel announces that you can park - but that is on the other side of the highway - and with the 380 meters walk. Customer service of no use.

Good location not too far from the freeway and airport. The breakfast is very complete, and the dinner leaves nothing to be desired. Spacious rooms with mini bar and free WIFI. The staff are friendly and accommodating. What's more, underground parking is free. Perfect for a stopover on your way south.

Felt compelled to write my first review on the basis of some of the other reviews which I think are quite frankly unfair. We spent 7 nights here in the middle of August as a couple and I don’t have a clue what some of the other reviews are complaining about. The hotel is exactly as advertised. Rooms are fairly basic, they’re clean, beds are comfy, aircon works brilliantly and the location is brilliant. 10 minute walk to the castle, 5 minutes to the centre of the old town & maybe 10 minutes to the start of the Benidorm ‘*****’. The hotel is set along a fairly busy street which are mainly bars and restaurants - no nightclubs. The windows go a long way towards shutting out 90% of the noise from outside and chances are the sound of your air con drowns out the rest. You’ll hear the odd bit of excess noise but it’s Benidorm - what do you expect? Breakfast is a limited assortment of continental & cooked but in my opinion decent value for €6 per person. There is an information sheet in the room which states you need to pay a fully refundable deposit for hiring a kettle, iron, safe etc but I hasten to emphasise this is fully refundable - I personally think rather than blaming the hotel for charging, maybe blame guests from years gone by who have clearly abused the free amenities to the point where the hotel had to intervene and ask for a deposit. Also the hotel will ask for card details/€50 euro damage deposit upon checking in, again, fully refundable and again, blame ****** from years gone by who’ve trashed the place rather than the hotel for feeling compelled to asking for some insurance. If you want 5 & 4 star quality, then dig deep and pay for a 5/4 star hotel. The hotel is one of the better 3 stars I’ve stopped in & thats factoring in paying over the odds for summer months. The staff are great, I’d recommend the hotel but I’d implore you to be realistic before you book. Just remember where you’re going.

Where to start? A great location, wonderful friendly professional staff, huge range of marvellous food for every meal. 2 superior rooms with city views were perfect for our party of 5 adults. Cleaned daily, with powerful walk in showers, quality toiletries, superb aircon various teas coffees and water provided in the room, a great fridge and easy to use safe. We booked direct via their website for best deal including wine and water with our meals. We were made to feel special, and I am returning with my wife in March. This hotel is situated above the coach station at the top of Benidorm, but don't let that put you off! It's exceptionally quiet, and has amazing views. Due to the shape of the building, some end rooms are quirky but spacious, the large windows give you fantastic views of either Benidorm or the mountains. At night it's deadly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Double Bed is a little small, ask for twin beds if you want more bed space. Pillows are also a little flat, typical to Europe. Bathrooms have a bath with shower over and toiletries are provided. Rooms have aircon, TV but no tea or coffee facilities. The cafe downstairs is open from 9am and does great coffee and snacks. There is a buffet restaurant but we didn't use it. There is a small gym and outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, perfect sunbathing area! Free underground car parking opposite the hotel or lots of off road spaces beside the hotel. Friendly staff on reception too!

Estuvimos en una habitación con terraza con unas vistas muy bonitas al puente, la habitación, sin pretensiones, pero correcta, era espaciosa, también tenia minibar, para cambiar los colchones y la ropa de cama. El cuarto de baño además tenía secador y espejo de aumento, y la alfombrilla del baño era de un solo uso, habían amenities. El personal tanto de recepción como en el restaurante, discoteca y en general, muy amables y siempre te atendían con una sonrisa. La cena de nochevieja muy buena y la fiesta de después en la discoteca genial, todo muy bien organizado. Quedamos muy contentos.
