Mattress was terrific in that room, was not able to sleep whole night. Refrigerator was not working in that much hot conditions and no support given to resolve these issues from hotel management.

My 2 month stay at Milan had been truly homely. Manoj sir, Roshan sir, vishwakarma sir and sneha ma'am and chef Chandan had been of immense support. Their warmth and concern made the stay memorable. They ensured proper hygiene, comfort and follow a customer first approach. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Allahabad.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay at if you are looking for a warm and comfortable environment! The Hotel Managers on duty : Manoj sir, Roshan Sir, Aadarsh Sir and Farhan sir! All of them are so amicable and cordial and not to forget very efficient at their work! Chef Singh and his team were serving me such delectable dishes everyday! You must try the chicken pesto salad and chef’s veg and chicken ravioli! Such scrumptious food! Kudos to the Hotel owner and his entire team for making it one of my best stays at any city!

Room service and house keeping was not upto the mark. Always lot of delay in room service. In house keeping, water was supplied after 2 hours. Only two pouches of tea was provided, whereas for couple, two cup of tea is required in morning and two cups in the evening.

Location wise, the hotel is well placed. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well appointed. Morning breakfast spread is limited and repetitive. Don't ask for watwr bottles in the room they will provide filtered water in glass bottles as complimenetary. Whereas everywhere else it is not the case. Pprice wise the hotel is okay. There really are no frills attached. However, it is conveniently located in civil lines and the rooms look fresh and clean. The staff as is with the case with all prayagraj hotels in self righteous and will act on their free will. They will not accommodate requests even, small ones like switching on the ac in dining rooms.

Amazing place to stay. Hospitality and amenities are at top level. I used to stay prayagraj always at hotel milan since last 2 years. Can say this is one of the best place to stay there.
