Very bad room service. The room was not well maintained, and even upon calling the room service/reception multiple times, there was no response. We ordered food from the room and it was served in unclean dishes. Very bad hygiene. The lifts do not work all the time. So had to take staircase multiple times to the 2nd floor.

It was really a nice experience. The hotel is situated in the civil line which is a nearby and clean place. The roads outside the hotel are also so clean. You will love walking outside. Shops and other vendors are so organised. Indian Coffee House is also just outside of this hotel. The staff were so good. I agree that breakfast was not so good. However it does not matter. We have the option to exclude breakfast while booking rooms. Rooms were so neat and clean. As soon u will enter in the room u will feel the good vibes. Overall it was a great experience 😃😃❤️❤️

It was my best stay in prayagraj and service was too good compared to other hotels and the location was very prime. Little expensive but ok ok. I got non ac room for 2k. And that is a good deal in winters. But for summer you have to charge more. There is no distrubance while u stay. The behaviour of the staffs was humble. Nice hotel overall

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

Breakfast @ The Indian Coffee House We stayed at the property for 3 days and our stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff provided us with all necessary help and care and we were able to commute the city on our own and at our convenience. The location of the property makes it an excellent choice for accomodation while in Prayagraj. We had the pleasure to enjoy South Indian breakfast at the Indian Coffee House which made our experience memorable. Jollywell Stay

I was at Cennet with my wife & son and occupied two rooms.The rooms were clean,well furnished and having mini fridge,electric kettle, LED TV,AC,Concave shaving mirror,Running hot & cold water.Electronic safe and card keys.Hangers were conspicuous by their absence in the wardrobe though. Need of some steel hooks for hanging clothes in washroom was also strongly felt. This Hotel is very conveniently located in the prime Civil lines area and has 18;double bed rooms and two suites.The restaurant is situated on top floor (4th) and function hall in basement.Room service of restaurant is poor and often no one is there to attend to phone even in day time.In the basement hall there should be a washbasin in the rear separate space and a washroom. If some food is served during function in the hall you cannot even wash your hands and if due to nature's call you seek a toilet it is nowhere around.Parking is mostly street parking . However Reception madams were very polite and always willing to assist with a smile. Overall a comfortable stay I would say.

Hotel belongs to a Dr. who also runs a hospital nearby but doesn't seem to care about how his hotel is being run. Wondering what his patients would be going through. Booked 2 rooms in Nov 23. Problems started from the time we tried searching for the hotel. Google map route is wrong. Went in circles to locate. They haven't even put a signboard on the front side of the hotel. After checking in realised that we were duped on the room size. Very small rooms of 120 sq ft but claiming to be much larger size on various booking sites. Small TV put in an awkward position parallel to the bed. Restaurant was under construction but not updated on the site. Lift got stuck and it took 2 hrs for them to get the mechanic to the place while they kept telling us that he will be there in 10-15 mins. Old age parents had to sit at the reception till then as they can't climb the steps. Poor communication and careless attitude of staff. One of Dr's staff assistant had come for a visit and kept smiling while we were arguing with the staff. Toilets are pathetic. Very small size like a gallery. Exhaust fan is a make shift arrangement. People from adjacent flat can see inside the toilet. Commode was shaking and one had to sit carefully for the fearing of falling down. Flush water was flowing out from the pipes creating a mess. Housekeeping did not come to clean despite reminders. We wanted to leave as soon as possible. Avoid at any cost....

Royal rajwadi rooms, still very reasonable pricing. Rooms, entire facility in top class condition. Owner has own farms and cattle shed, so quality of food ingredients is really very good, also cook Kusum prepares nice, tasty food. Manager Chandresh Upadhyay is very hands on, down to earth and very helpful for everything including visiting tourist spots or any issues you have at GH.
