Disappointing Experience at pagoda resorts My recent stay at [Resort Name] was far from satisfactory. The experience was marred by multiple issues that made our visit uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness of the resort was subpar. We encountered dirty linen and cushions upon arrival, and the bathroom was not up to standard. Additionally, the wardrobes in our room were damaged, which added to the overall sense of neglect. The amenities were lacking as well. The AC in our room was ineffective, unable to cool below 25 degrees, making it difficult to stay comfortable. We also found the absence of double bed cushions to be inconvenient. Housekeeping was poor, with inadequate attention to detail, and room service was frustratingly slow. It took an excessive 20 minutes to receive milk for our baby, which is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one claiming to cater to families. Lastly, the staff's attitude was disappointing. Instead of providing assistance, they came across as arrogant, adding to our frustration. Overall, the resort fell short of expectations in cleanliness, service, and comfort. I would not recommend pagoda resorts based on this experience.
