Property's location is in a suitable one. No worries for night stay even. Food is good and room services are also good. Boat's staff are also very co-operative. what we paid in high amount was not being provided to us. When asked, the staff were referring that those room with exterior is in other boat, and is under maintenance as i made selection of that particular room in high amount, i shouldn't be given those lame excuses, otherwise, all good here.

The owner Mr. Pappachen warmly received us when we reached. We checked into our rooms by 12 : 30 noon. It was lunch time, and we were served with a traditional Onam Sadya. (The banana leaves were missing). Evening tea was served in their viewing deck overlooking the Punnamada lake boat race track where all the excitements were stored for the next day's great event. On the next day, we prepared ourselves to witness the great event called Nehru Trophy. The heats and finals started from beside our viewing deck. We had all the thrills and excitements of viewing the starting of the races . It was a magnificent experience to watch the return of all the snake boats and other racing boats to their bases from the balcony of the resort. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable place. The service was going beyond the normal interactions with guests. We felt heard and valued. We were happy to get served by Ayub and his team. They made our stay wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arcadia Regency Alleppey last week. The hotel is located in a scenic spot near the backwaters, and offers a variety of amenities and services to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the buffet had a lot of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the spa facilities. The hotel also arranged for a houseboat cruise and a sightseeing tour for me, which were amazing experiences. I would highly recommend Hotel Arcadia Regency Alleppey to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Kerala. I give it a 5 star rating without any hesitation.

We had an amazing experience at Venice Premium Houseboats. There were 4 rooms and dining area in the boat. It was a luxury boat having neat and clean rooms, all modern amenities, good washrooms, upper deck. Food was excellent. Service was perfect by the staff. Overall, it was a great time spent. I highly recommend Venice Premium Houseboats to all those looking for luxury in backwaters. Aishwarya, the boat manager educated us on various aspects of Alleppey, farms around the back waters, weather, industry and so much more. It was a luxury Houseboat. They had TV, music system, carrom boards and other games for kids. This is highly recommended for those looking for luxurious experience of Houseboats in Alleppey

Our stay was really comfortable and staffs were very friendly, i can totally say this homestay is a complete package in budget. High speed free wifi, 24 hrs reception and more over clean and neat rooms view from their balcony to backwaters is great. There is a side footpath of backwater just infront of property.

This was the perfect experience. Being a north Indian, and coming here with whole family. The owners treated us so well. The hospitality, The breakfast food, The rooms, everything just so perfect. Highly recommended whether you come with family or friends. And best part, they have artificial rain system here too for perfect experience
