I was impressed by the attention to detail and the efforts made to maintain a pristine environment throughout my stay. The staff at kerala houseboat were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. From check-in to check-out, i felt well taken care of and valued as a guest. Had an average stay experience. . Property does not have a private beach. But it is just 2 minutes walk to it. . Very limited food options and dishes have to be booked in advance as it takes time to prepare. Swimming pool did not look very clean. We did not see any security at the gate during night time which was a bit scary as the employees stay at the backside of the resort. Property in itself is small and does not have any other amenities than pool

We absolutely loved the relaxed feel of this place. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is just brilliant, a real sun trap. The food was great too. We had a beautiful room. Yes there is a flyover just outside which is such a shame. But it did not detract from a fabulous stay. Great if you want a little escape from the business and having a bar is a huge bonus in this part of the world.

Very, very good hotel. It’s four star with a high end five star service and a three star price. The staff has been so helpful and correct in every aspect. Rooms top notch. Bathroom the same. The in-house restaurant “Rasoi”: what a delight. With again a delightful staff. Every dish we had was excellent, be it Indian or Western. After a four days stay we are sad to move on. It may sound over the top but every word is true.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.
