Nice clean hotel. I liked sauna and outdoor pool. Breakfast is so so.

There are no supermarkets around the hotel. The hotel is newly opened and poorly maintained. The walls are also quite dirty. There is a swimming pool. Most companies with activities usually stay here. You can only take a taxi to get around.

早餐種類還可以，房間乾淨衞生，雖然房間設施老一些但是都能完好的用。酒店還有泳池,健身房等等的設施，也可以為綜合體驗加分，還有一些其他的娛樂設施，但是整體位置步行出行不方便。

房間很大，非常寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適，洗浴用品用起來很不錯，床品品質很好。早餐比較豐富，整體環境也很舒適。

I really liked this hotel. Bedding - very comfortable. Room layout nice. Shower doesn’t have a door so that might be inconvenient for some. Ok the thing that really puts this hotel over the line is the spa. First it’s beautiful- like a hidden grotto beneath a normal hotel. It feels super upscale. I also had a great massage and The Single Best Body Scrub I have ever had. Restaurant is just okay. The worst aspect of the hotel - if you have a longer stay - is the housekeeping service. They never got to our room before 19:30 which meant we came back from excursions to a dirty room. That was a bummer. Overall I would stay again.

Superb location, got a Mountain View covered with snow. Nice amenities and well located hotel . Got a mall near by to shop and plenty of restaurants near by. It got swimming pool to relax and a spa. It was a memorable stay. Recommeded for family

I stayed in the Sadu Hotel Almaty to attend a conference hosted by nearby Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. A number of the international delegates were based at the Sadu Hotel, which has recently joined the Radisson Group according to staff at reception. The hotel staff at reception are welcoming and multilingual. The rooms were large and comfortable, with most the usual amenities. There was no iron or ironing board, but one appeared quickly when I called reception. My biggest gripe was the AC. The instructions were completely incomprehensible, even when I used Google to translate all the Russian text to English, and the hotel staff had no idea how to turn it on. As a result, the room temperature was too hot in the day and cold at night. The bar and restaurant would not allow guests to charge bills to their rooms, which was fiddly. There was QR code on the table to order, but instead of going through the kitchen, you had to show your order to the waiter on your phone, they changed the language to Russian, and then went off to place your order. It was an amusingly pointless use of technology - a paper menu with pictures would have been much quicker - but it got the job done. The meals were pricey though - £25-30 for a main plus a drink. The hotel is in a development area with nothing much around it. There is a very upscale mall about 15-20 minutes' walk away. Most of the stores sell designer clothes that cost more than my car. There is a supermarket in the basement, which seemed to stock implausibly expensive imported food items, but had a few basics like Diet Coke. As a business hotel, it works fine. The wifi was fast, the service good and I enjoyed my stay. There is a Russian-style sauna in the basement for guests, which would probably be fun, but unfortunately I didn't get time to try it.

This hotel is not for grps. Specially not for M.I.C.E grps. Though the standard check in time is 2 pm. But we didn’t get room till mid night . And at midnight , out of 32 Rooms , approx 10 Rooms were not cleaned. And keys were handed over . Almaty is good destination but not for big groups.
