Boutique hotel, spacious and comfortable bed, in room has gaming pc, many street food (non halal) just walking distance, beside has well decorated cafe (halal)

Very hard to get a clean hotel in alor star, this is one of clean hotel in town. im very satisfied with the environment and cleanliness. there is alot food downstair included the famous cafe. Just that it not suitable for those who are light sleeper. the soundproof abit terrible. And the water heater abit slow to get hot water. others was fine.

The heritage hotel well taken care and nice environment. Room are very clean, comfortable bed. Nice cafe just 2 doors beside.Located at Pekan Cina.

My first stay at 38PC after saw people introduce at social media , I went alor star for a short trip , this hotel was very unique structure and nice location.. hotel staff very helpful .. the hotel nearby has a lot nice food and very convenient to walk around too !!

Hotel located at heart of city, which is walking distance to fews cafe.

An average guest house and would not rate as a hotel. No lifts and has to carry your own luggage up a flight of metals stairway. Only 5 rooms renovated from an old rundown shop houses No sound proofing as can hear conversation and shower activities next door. Noisy at night with blasting music and singing from bars nearby. Friendly and hardworking staff. Nice comfortable clean beds. Prepare for cold showers as it takes ages for warm water to come through or when used simultaneously by other rooms. Nearby Shops are not open on Friday and Saturday and food only available in shopping centre about 1.5 km away. Overall basic room that does not match the high room rates charged.

Stayed for the 4th times. One of my favourite hotel in Alor Star. Security is good as you need the key to enter the lobby. So if you not hotel guest, not possible to enter after the reception has gone home. CCTV monitored.There is a food court and Mix shop near the hotel. 2 cafe bar with live bar near so it gets loud especially on weekends. Located very close by Carpe Diem, for morning coffee.

Nice experience. I will choose to come back to stay. We booked a Premier King Bed room which is located on Ground Floor. Other rooms which need to climb up stairs, I will skip.

This is my second time stay with this hotel and this round tried a different type of room. The room is very nice and I like it so much. Only things is a bit noisy due to the room is facing the road. Others than that everything is fine to me here😊 Beside the hotel is nice and the staffs here also very friendly❤️

In the heart of Chinatown, a very classy boutique hotel. Room is big and spacious.

This is our third time staying here and will always be our first and only choice everytime we come to Kedah. It is such a nice and clean place.

Usual place for business trip. Best hotel so far in Alor Setar.
