I did my due diligence and read a ton of reviews for this hotel. My experience was similar to quite a few of them. I got the room because of a work schedule situation. The lady that was at the front desk when I arrived a little after 11pm was absolutely wonderful. She's the only staff member I encountered so I have no complaints. My first issue was the AC. I'm very hot natured and sleep with several fans on even in the winter time. This room has one of the old school units that's attached to the wall but there's a sticker on it that says it's operated by a thermostat. Well it wouldn't work and I was quite warm. But it was just for the night so I dealt with it. The next morning however, I was up at 6:00 a.m. because I had to be at work at 7:00. It literally took 10 minutes for the water temperature to resemble any kind of warmth and it was lukewarm at best. There was also practically no water pressure. So that was disappointing because that's not a great way to start your day. Then I went downstairs for the continental breakfast. Now, I don't have huge expectations for a continental breakfast but with a price I pay for the hotel room I found essentially what were, or had been frozen egg patties. They're exactly like the ones you find in Frozen biscuits in The Breakfast section of the grocery store. Needless to say I was not impressed and so I did not eat the breakfast. Considering the area that the hotel is in they really should work on some upkeep. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again but it was okay for what I needed.
