Verdelago Resort

We stayed here in June and it was so peaceful and relaxing! The blackout blinds + silence at night were stellar. The grounds are stunning. Even though they are still building new properties and a beach club, you rarely see or hear much construction. The staff are very friendly and accommodating (Sergio was the best!), the rooms are spacious and comfortable with loads of thoughtful closet space I wish I had at home, and the breakfast is out of this world! The resort is a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to lots of restaurants. However, the food at Verde Lago was excellent. I appreciate the underground parking and convenient lift straight up to your room.

We stayed for 5 days at the start of June and we were very kindly put in one of the town houses. The town house was stunning and had everything we needed to cook and relax, I especially liked being able to control the temperature in different rooms. The beds were very comfy! The whole resort is tastefully decorated, the pool area was clean, relaxing and had lots of sunbeds, and the boardwalks down the beach were lovely for a stroll. Breakfast was great with lots of options, especially for healthier choices and vegetarian food. A special mention is needed for the service, it was honestly the best service we have received in a hotel. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive, and it was my husbands birthday when we were out there and the staff made him feel special and even brought a little treat to our room in the evening. Some of the resort is still under construction but we didn't notice any disruption from it at all, and the completed parts of the resort have plenty of facilities for a holiday. We look forward to coming back when the resort is completed to see how it's changed! We had an absolutely fabulous holiday and can't thank all of the staff enough.

We had a fabulous time! Verdelago was just beautiful; the resort is lovely and the beach is stunning. The food and service were both excellent. We celebrated our anniversary, and they sent a bottle of wine & a cake to our villa. I can't say enough good things about this resort, we'll definitely be going back.

What a beautiful setting for a couple of days rest and relaxation on our way through the eastern Algarve. The townhouse we stayed in (T19) was perfect, with space to relax and a wonderful rooftop area for enjoying the early evening light. The staff were excellent, breakfast was great and I am sure it will only get better as they develop the resort further. The wooden walkway to the beach was a real highlight, especially as this is probably the warmest sea to swim anywhere in Portugal. Will definitely return.

Tres mauvaise experience au Verdelago je ne recommande pas ce resort. Je devais sejourner du 09/07/2024 au 15/07/2024, la promesse d'un sejour au calme et serein dans la nature comme indiqué sur le site du resort fut une grande désillusion a notre arrivée. En effet le resort est encore en chantier vous pourrez admirer des grues à perte de vue, un restaurant de plage toujours en travaux et le comble aucun service de plage ni même de transats pour pourvoir en profiter, car le resort n’avais pas encore la licence permettant d’exploiter la plage seulement à partir du 15/16 juillet après mon départ ! Pour autant j’ai payé le prix fort de 550 à 590 euros pour 2 personnes pour un resort encore en travaux et un service de plage inexistant, c’est honteux ! Le service du restaurant laisse à désirer, personnel perdu et incompétent, arrivée à 20h30 pour dîner 4/5 tables occupées seulement, plus de la moitié de la salle libre et on ose nous faire patienter 30 min pour s’installer à une table qui était déjà libre à notre arrivée, c’est délirant. J’ai donc écourtée mon séjour en partant plus tôt que prévue, j’avais déjeuné et dîner sur place et aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé pour palier à mon mécontentement lors du départ. Il n’y a de luxe dans cet endroit que le TARIF a FUIR le pire séjour et la plus mauvaise expérience de séjour que j’ai connue !

J'ai été absolument enchanté par mon séjour à cet hôtel. Tout, de la cuisine exquise à l'emplacement enchanteur au cœur de la nature, était exceptionnel. Chaque détail est soigneusement réfléchi et parfaitement exécuté. Je m'y suis sentie merveilleusement bien. L'énergie du lieu est tout simplement incroyable, et je repars régénérée et heureuse ---

die anlage ist neu- allerdings noch nicht fertiggestellt- die fertigstellung wird wohl noch länger dauern, da bei unserem aufenthalt viele gebäude erst am anfang waren- es wird auch nich ein großes hotel gebaut- resteraunt nicht empfehlenswert- mässige qualitet sehr kleine speisenauswahl- strand wäre wunderschön, aber bei unserem aufenthalt alles voller qualen und seegras- baden nicht möglich, keine liegen am strand, kein service am strand - wir buchen nicht mehr- preis leistung nicht vorhanden - schade

wie waren für 2 Nächte in einem 2 Zimmer Apartment und hier stimmt alles nettes Personal schöne gepflegte Anlage gutes Restaurant mit feiner Pizza top Frühstücksbuffet mega schöner Kidsclub Fahrräder für alle Gäste und Pool mit schöner Aussicht.
