Golden Tulip Bhiwadi

Stayed here for a weekend with family. It’s a nice little property adequately loaded with amenities. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The pool is nice and clean adjacent to which is a small little kids play area. The food was the highlight with the Restaurant ***ager Mr Narender looking after each and every guest by himself. We had kids with us and they needed milk & light food from time to time which Mr Narender ensured was made available quickly. The front desk staff was equally helpful.

We had our corporate group outing at Golden Tulip Bhiwadi in Dec'2023. We had a group of approx. 70 and our experience was okay type, not that great. We will probably never opt for Golden Tulip Bhiwadi in future for any corporate event for sure. And that will be primarily due to the way ***ager Mr. H***sh promised things first and then what was eventually delivered to us. Pros: 1. Room size is good. This is good thing about any Golden Tulip property that they have good size rooms compared to other brands. 2. Food was good taste wise and spread wise. Food service was also fine except few instances where we had to ask for few things for refilling - both during tea and dinner. Cons: 1. Biggest disappointment was that no senior person was available at key instances during our entire stay. When we checked-in, nobody was there to support us except one lady on reception who was helping us all the time during check-in. Check-in took time (which we understand as we requested early check-in) but then nobody even offered water/welcome drink, we had to specifically ask for water and that is when it got arranged after an hour or so. 2. Since it was a large group and check-in usually takes time hence someone should have offered a space for group to sit and wait. Instead, nobody offered anything, and group was left for themselves to wait/stroll around till check-in happened as reception area could accommodate hardly 10-15 members. 3. We prepared plan for room allocation but that went for a toss as room readiness took lot of time and we had to provide first few available rooms to female members on priority. 4. There was another group which was checking-out and they got only available lift overloaded. It took hotel to bring back lift in operational mode in approx. 30 mins during which we could not use lift to go to our rooms. 5. We planned few team activities and requested for mic well ahead. However, given mic stopped working in between activities and replacement came only after approx. 30 mins. 6. One member from our group had an inch long glass piece in his sweet dish which he noticed well on time otherwise it would have been a major incident. And when we reported this issue to Mr. H***sh and staff, they just casually said sorry. How can such a reputed brand play with guest's life? 7. When we raised such concerns, Mr. H***sh started calling us for remaining payment thinking that we will delay or not do that which was never our intention. He did not even let us finish our dinner properly, kept calling multiple times and eventually we had to do payment at middle of the night to close the matter. This was when our check-out was next day. Overall, I would not suggest any large group to go for Golden Tulip Bhiwadi purely because their team is not capable of handling such a big group or maybe they are least bothered about guest experience. The resort is maintained in good condition and ***aged by sarovar hotels, awesome facilities they do offer, staff is very much courtesious, always on their toe to serve the guests, will definitely visit again, thanks Team Golden Tulip

I have stayed here through my company and found a very good option for buisness purpose stay, excellent food , clean rooms and staff behaviour is exllent, I would like to recommend the place for stay. Thanks

I was there from my company side as they arrange my stay for one week, everything was good, faced little challenges too during stay but the response from team was fabulous, they offered their best to make our stay comfortable

It's my second visit at golden tulip bhiwadi and received awesome response from staff members, entire staff are well trained to offer their best for repeat guest, nice ambiance and clean hotel nearby Delhi, just 1 hour drive.

We are happy with all services, from check in to check out we got proper response from staff side, very very courteous, the buffet breakfast was delicious and spread in good amount, thanks entire team, we will visit again

I stayed at the hotel for a night recently. We were 3 families including 3 kids who stayed here. Right from the check-in, every thing was hassle-free and we got our rooms quickly. The rooms were clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were quite comfortable as well. Rooms were loaded with all modern amenities. Even the bathrooms were appropriately spacious and very clean. All the bathrooms had bathtub. The pool area was also nice and kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Another good thing was that food and drinks were served at the pool side. Now coming to the food, we had our dinner on la-carte basis. Almost all dishes, that our group had ordered, were very delicious. In morning, we had the buffet breakfast, which had a good variety of food items and beverages. Most of the dishes were good. The restaurant staff was really polite and courteous. Our kids had their chess competetion in a school where there was no arrangement for lunch. Hence the restaurant ***ager arranged to pack a few paneer paranthas for our kids' lunch, on our request! Considering the room tarrif of Rs 3500 per room we paid for a night, this hotel certainly provides a very high value for money. Overall, we had a very comfortable and refreshing experience!

Very friendly staff and great service. Special thanks to Geeta for being so friendly and helpful. The food was nice and especially the restaurant staff. They took their time to cater to us as most of the cuisine was foreign to us.
