Atendimento dos funcionários é incrível, muito bom, à Uma funcionária, balconista, a Sra. Emília, super profissional , ela e os seus colegas e as comida excelente, as cozinheiras nota 10. preços acessíveis, tanto alimentação como os preços da estadia.

Charming little property with great and attentive staff. Room was clean, spacious, and had everything you would need. Breakfast was delicious - especially the fresh squeezed juice. The area is nice and quiet but also close to everything if you are driving.

Super freundliches Personal, es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, der Rooftop Pool mit Blick auf das Estadio da Luz ist das Highlight. Eine große Auswahl gibt es außerdem beim Frühstück. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 5 Minuten zur nächsten Metro-Station womit man direkt ins Zentrum kommt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. El desayuno, es terriblemente malo. Parecido al desayuno de un hostel para mochileros. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). Lo único bueno que se me ocurre en este hotel es probablemente las habitaciones sorprendentemente grandes y la piscina

Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.

We spent two nights here while in Lisbon on our tour of Spain, Portugal & Morocco. This was one of the nicer hotels they put us up in. The hotel and rooms were modern and very clean. The rooms were reasonably sized. Not overly large, but adequate for two people and luggage. There was an ATM in the lobby. And the WiFi was reliable. The room was cool when we checked in! If any of the things I've commented on seem like something you would expect, don't! Our experiences on this trip made us appreciate all of these things. The sink in bathroom drained slowly and the holder for the hand shower was broken. (It fell to lowest height every time the hand shower was removed.) Housekeeping should be logging these things for Maintenance to address proactively. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay in what was one of my favorite cities from our trip

Amazing stay at this hostel. Yes it's a bit far away but everything is clean and tidy. The check in is possible til midnight so this is really helpful and the volunteers are really lovely like a family ♥️ You can't do best price 🤙 Also because you are not in the city center you can sleep without noise and the check out is til 3pm so everything is perfect if as me you don't have a lot of money but good relationship with people 😀

Excellent contemporary designed hotel, which was very clean and comfortable. There is an extensive selection of food for breakfast, which is good value. Ideal location for visiting the attractions of Lisbon, due to its close proximity to the Metro. The receptionists were all very helpful, particularly Alexander and Caroline, who are great ambassadors for the hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

Localização excelente, tamanho do quarto muito bom, cama bem grande e confortável. Pequeno almoço completo!
