Hotel berhampiran Nurtaş Market, Amasya

I got the room in the corner which offered beautiful view of Amasya Castle, King's Rock Tombs, Yaliboyu Evleri and the bustling street! The view was different during the day and at night - it was like staying in the hotel for two different periods of time. Location wise is very strategic, it is within walking distance to interesting places, shops, restaurants, cafes, and . The hotel has its own restaurant which had (although limited) vegetarian options include mezzes. Clean hotel with marked of social distancing plus the disinfectant in several spots.

We went there with my family and really enjoyed this place. Hotel is new and everything extremely clean. Staff is great. The reception guy speaks fluently english which is helped us a lot. They are giving you tips about city. The location is very good. Hotel has huge otopark so we didnt have any problem with parking. Thank you soo much for making our stay great

Amasya Suluova’da daha önce de kaldığımız otel. Temiz, klimalı oda, kahvaltı açık büfe. Personel güleryüzlü, Müdür Bey hatır sorar, hizmet harika. Gelelim neden 1 puan düşmeme; kaldığımız oda 501 No’lu 4. Kattaki oda. Balkonu, banyosu, yatak kalitesi harika, yastıklar yüksek ama o konu da tercihe göre idare eder ancak yatağın olduğu tarafın dış yüzeyinde yani otelin iç kısmı olan asansör koridoruna bakan kısımda, asansör makinesi bulunmakta. Her asansör çalıştığında yataktan asansörün çalışma sesini dinliyorsunuz. Bu sorun 501 no’lu odaya mahsus bir konu. Daha önce kaldığımızda 1. Kattaki odalarda (2 oda tutmuştuk) hiç böyle bir sorun İle karşılaşmadık. Amasya civarında konaklanacak temiz bir otel.

We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.
