Hotel berhampiran Topçular Cami, Amasya

We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.

Sosyal Medyadaki yorum ve puanlara göre arayıp rezervasyon yaptırdım. Telefonla ilk görüşmeden itibaren çok sıcak karşıladılar. Oda geniş ve özellikle çok temiz idi. Sabah kahvaltı pandemi kurallarına göre kahvaltı tabağı olarak geldi. Lezzetli ve doyurucu idi. (Yumurtanızı nasıl istiyorsanız belirtin). Aile işletmesi olarak gayet başarılı buldum. Oda nehir manzaralı idi. Ücretsiz internet ve otopark mevcut. Konaklama ücreti de eşdeğer mekanlara göre uygun. Amasya'da başka yer aramadan tekrar konaklayacağım bir yer mekan. Kadir Bey'e, Eşine ve tüm Çalışanlara teşekkürler.

Otel temiz ve güzeldi, odaları ferahtı. Biz hiç kahvaltı etmesin özel sebeplerimizsen dolayı ancak kahvaltı alanı temiz ve düzgün duruyordu.

Vecchia dimora nel centro cittadino ristrutturata come albergo , che conserva il fascino della casa antica con un bel cortile interno dove si mangia. Tre (mezzi) piani con le camere, ovviamente senza ascensore, di buon livello , anche se il bagno era decisamente piccolo e il lavandino, pur originale (fatto di pietra con rubinetteria ottone) , poco funzionale (non siamo riusciti a far uscire l'acqua fredda). Wifi sufficiente e personale gentile (sempre solito problema di mancata conoscenza inglese) , con colazione, però, da migliorare.

Centrally located on the river with a view of the Kastle and sits on a small beautiful main street that takes you to the lovely smaller streets in this picturesque and romantic city. Walkable to the bridge to cross over the river to the lively strolling street where there is live music, cafes, and a relaxed bustling nightlife and gorgeous view of the Kastle , which is lit up after sunset. The hotel has a lovely interior garden to relax and have a beautiful Anatolian breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious. We took a suite which has a small balcony. The staff are so kind and helpful with our google translate :) We are a couple but it is great for families and friends and solo travelers. It is a beautiful authentic , historical hotel- and not new modern. Amasya needs at least 2 nights- easily more. The cuisine is excellent and authentic, the old town is beautiful. The 5000 year old castle and kings tombs take minimum one day. There is an award winning Manti restaurant and an authentic live folk music restaurant with delicious Anatolian cuisine and spirit. All walkable. Highly recommend! We hope to return and stay here!

Unfortunately, during my stay in Dedeman Hotel I did not use all benefits of this place which propose this place, because of covid. In spite of it, I still glad that I chose this place. Rooms big and clean. Overlooking the sleeping city used feel me peaceful. Perfect top-notch friendly stuff, were extremely polite and helpful. Especially while you staying here you must try the hotel restaurant that offers an excellent menu with a variety of dishes.
