Taj Amer, Jaipur

My family and I recently had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel in Jaipur. We traveled as a couple with our 3-year-old child, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well-equipped for a family stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, catering to all our tastes with delicious options every morning. A special thanks to the front desk team, Priyanka, Harish, and Lokesh, who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The ambiance of the hotel is awesome, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur!

Beautiful property. Tourist places are very near by to the hotel. I had an amazing dinner experience. Room service is also very good. The hotel staff Giri & jeli are excellent. above all her ever smiling face. we are enjoying the luxury here.

A few days ago, I visited Taj Amer for dinner with my family. The staff, including Vivek, Lokesh, Aman, Shashi in the Food and Beverage department, and Pranay, provided excellent service and were very attentive. The food was extraordinary, and the overall service was phenomenal. We were quite content with the assistance we received and enjoyed the tour of the premises.

The experience was amazing and Team Taj Amer made our anniversary stay more special by upgrading our room, a special on demand mango cake, beautiful decoration of our room. It would have not been possible without the efforts by the Hotel Team. Special Thanks to Tejendra, Kamal, Priyanka, Lokesh and Priyanshi Shrivastava in the Managing Team. we really enjoyed the dinner at House of Ming restaurant. The taste was excellent and we enjoyed each and every dish. Thanks to Priyanka and Pema for their excellent service at the restaurant and also Mr. Ankit Kohli for managing the restaurant so nicely. The breakfast was so elaborative and it was so tasty. we enjoyed every moment of our stay and the overall hospitality was excellent.

This review for Taj Amer Jaipur was long overdue , but here it is. As a person with walking problem, whenever I leave the comfort of my home I have this anxiety to make the stay comfortable for me and my family. Unfortunately accessibility for people with special needs is not an agenda for the biggest names in the hospitality industry. Taj Amer is an exception to this , as I was pleasantly surprised by their warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to Priyanshi & GM Devraj for ensuring me & my family had a memorable stay. Priyanshi is an example of Stellar Taj hospitality standards. Her welcoming nature & focus on customer delight not just exemplifies Taj's training but reaffirms my belief that customer delight is 30% training & 70% nature. She gave us a direct contact to reach her 24X7 in case of any help/ requirement...Kudos to her ! There are few things that you expect from a brand like Taj when it comes to hospitality during your stay but I must bring to your attention that the Taj Amer staff went beyond their usual service standards to make the stay extremely welcoming and comfortable for me and my family. I have been to numerous biggest hotels across India and abroad and I must admit that the service I experienced at Taj Amer was well above my expectations (& what I have experienced anywhere else) when it comes to personalised care, attention & warmth of their staff. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff was not limited to a particular area of the hotel or a particular department... be it the welcome at reception by Priyanshi, the morning buffet, the pool area, the restaurants - the service standard was fantastic. The staff at Taj Amer not only listened and took care of my requests , but went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary stay special for my family ( gave us a room upgrade,cake & a photo memory to make our stay memorable - yes small gestures matter!) We are definitely visiting frequently, not only for the fantastic accomodation - but for the extraordinary service lead by Devraj & team. Thank you.

Taj has always carrying a legacy of hospitality and gesture. I found Taj Amer one of the finest hotel in India. I specially take the name of Alina and Soumya from House keeping team for the excellent service and behaviour. Loved my stay. Keep it up guys

Overall a nice decent stay. Came here for a staycation and everything went well. All the staff, like the Taj norm were their usual good.. The Lal Maas is tasty at Shamiana and so was their Daal baati churma. Other food items were good, nothing grand.
