It was a mistake that we made a booking at Khas Bagh. The property is good with a big lawn area, kitchen garden etc. but it is ***aged extremely badly by the staff Ambiance and Atmosphere: - No control on noisy guests: High chances of no silence/peace in the night as they will give rooms to indecent and disrespectful people who will drink outside their room, talk loudly and create ruckus in the night. It is understandable that they don't know who is booking the room but taking action against the miscreants is in their hand but even after multiple complains till 1 AM in the night, the hotel staff failed miserably in taking any action. Responsiveness of the hotel staff against complaint and requests was extremely bad. I went ***** with my 1 year old son and while we were sleeping in the room, he got disturbed a lot of times in the night because of the loud noises but we felt helpless till 4 AM as neither the hotel staff and ***ager did anything nor our request to these people to lower the volume worked. Service - Front desk was not responsive on the phone and was unavailable after 11 pm if you are facing any issue. You will have to call multiple times to get any response. We had got our room in the building that they call "Badal Mahal" and it was a bit far from the front desk so it was really bad experience given the front desk being non responsive Parking - No proper parking area was available. Car were getting blocked with another car and you won't be able to take your car out in case of emergency in the night Dining - There is no menu card anywhere(room or restaurant) in the hotel. They will tell you a limited list of items, you have to choose out of them only, nothing beyond. Food quality was good but there is no transparency in terms of the price and options that you can order which is sad. Amenities - Wifi quality was very bad. You won't be able to connect with wifi and if you are able to then it will say no internet available and in sometime it will disconnect automatically. You will have to rely on your mobile data only. - Water kettle cap was getting stuck and was not easy to open. On raising the issue, they said to ***age with it as it working fine just the cap is getting stuck and use your strength to open. Quite surprising that response was. Special call out - Off all the bad experiences, serving staff "Suresh" in the restaurant was really good and friendly. Given that we had a 1 year old kid with us, he had given extra attention to us and ensured to serve us hot food on table and anything required to feed the kid. To conclude, it is a clear "NO" for Khas Bagh. We had paid Rs.12000 per night for suite room which is not at all a value for money given the experience we had. Shamefulness of the staff also was next level as they were not at all sorry for giving that kind of experience when we went for checking out and pay our bill. I am pretty sure if they won't see repeat customer given the kind of service they provide.
