Hotel espectacular, el servicio muy bueno. No nos funcionaba la tarjeta correctamente y nos la cambiaron. Todo muy limpio y con utensilios de cocina

Horrible hotel. Parking is so tight it takea forever to get in and out. The restroom was horrible window didnt close so it was cold the shower had no door and the flush didn't work the faucet was broken. The stove didnt work the fridge kept turning off. Didnt have towels or napkins on hand. The wall had boogers on it and the bedding was stained. Worst experience ever and will not stay here again even for free. The chairs had cigarette holes and the blinds and bed had paint on them.

Checkin process was easy. The staff nice and helpful. However they did not mention you have to manually heat the water for the showers so everyone had cold showers.
There are a few small 'supermarkets' within walking distsnce to buy basic supplies (bottled water etc) and a few little restaurants also which was very convenient.
The fridge in the room did not function well and did not cool well. Beds were a little hard, no mattress protectors on any of the beds. Area was noisy.

It is an apartment style hotel. It is well located. The staff was always very kind to us. What did surprise me is if they are going with their partner, they have to have marriage documents, they tend to ask. It is a country with conservative traditions. That's it, I'm done with my opinion about the hotel. It is advisable.
I want to take advantage of this space to express my annoyance with *******, I am a platinum member at ******* and I did not receive good treatment from ******* in other matters not related to this survey. I lost hundreds of dollars due to their policy and had to go to another agency to resolve my business issues. 0 star for *******.

Good value.
The hotel can be improved more.
I didn't like when I changed the reservations from 3 nights to 2 nights, they deducted an additional fee ( Although the website of ********** indicated that I can talk with the receptionist to change it smoothly without fees).
However, I don't say it is bad, it is good as overall.

This hotel was in a good location. Service was excellent Check-in was fast. The room was clean beds were comfortable. Shfik Alward, the gentleman at the front desk, was very helpful and professional.

We would like to specifically mention, that this hotel was booked on the grounds of location (we needed something on the outskirts of Amman, so that we could drop our car there and use taxi to travel inside the city). What was good: - convenient location if you would like to not drive inside Amman - spacious room - nice staff (though not too able to communicate in English at times - there're multiple employees and their level of English varies) - nice view from the balcony - WiFi was not too bad - all amenities were available Disliked · What didn't go well: - the apartment was clearly not having enough cutlery (i.e., there was only 1 large spoon, 1 small spoon, etc.) - no wine/beer or for that matter any regular size glasses. On request we managed to get whiskey glasses, which were able to use for juice - not all floors are served by the elevator - bathroom was separated by a glass wall, and it was a bit challenging, I would really suggest replacing it with a normal wall
