房間很不錯，酒店設施很新。樓下就是綜合體，吃飯方便。

House Boutique Suites is an excellently run place from start to finish. From arrival to check out everything is managed well and makes for a comfortable stay with anything one might need while visiting Amman. The Hotel itself is clearly a 4-5 star by any standards, from check-in to breakfast to housekeeping everyone is nice and friendly. The breakfast is shockingly nice and its free for some or all rooms from what I can tell. Illy coffee freshly made and enough food diversity for even picky eaters, all in a spotless and well-maintained dining area. Also, the breakfast is open until 10:30 so you don’t feel rushed which is great for tired travelers. The lobby likewise is spotless and well suited for an afternoon drink. Its modern and luxurious, well put together. The staff constantly freshens the pillows etc. and it always looks picture perfect. The pool bar was staffed when the sun came out and made for a great place to relax and have a beer with great views. Extremely competitive prices for everything, very well priced food and drinks. Location is excellent walking for those able to navigate to most major sites. Within 2 minutes there are multiple small grocery stores, and one larger full service just two blocks way. Anything you might need is there and there is a small store for beer, champagne etc about 5-10m away in case you’re inclined. The walk to rainbow street is about 10m and downtown about 25 but for us required an Uber when its warmer out. Front desk called Uber for us and let us know how reliable it is, was super helpful. It cost 10 JOD round trip to the Citadel and that was with tips, think the base fares was 2-3 JOD one way. The one-bedroom grand suite was exceptionally large, with an amazing view and really had the feel of a personal apartment. Two bathrooms, and closet space so large I don’t know how anyone would fill it on vacation along with a nearly full kitchen. There are type many chargers in the living room and by the beds, so you have options. Really can’t fault this place, exceptional for the price. Sign up for the loyalty program and they give you 10% off as well at check in. Give it a try, it’s a wonderful place to relax and get situated after a long day of travel.

I stayed at the W in amman for 3 weeks during May. The first time I stayed in April, I ran into a few issues that immediately got fixed next time I visited: 1- I got upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable given that my stay was a long one. Thank you Omar Yousef, you’re the best. 2- Hotel staff started calling me by my first name showing great care and specialty treatment 3- Mesh (breakfast area) staff were awesome. In specific my favorite server Abdallah who as soon as I step into Mesh, knows what coffee I want, where I would sit and what I would like to have ready on my table. It’s nice to have someone predict your needs without you saying a word. I was also impressed by Alexa’s arabic language skills and welcoming attitude. 4- Staff are courteous and try to interact with you, asking about your day, how you are liking your stay, etc. Hayek and Ahmad Dandis, I am grateful for your care :) 5- Spa services were great. It was my birthday and i decided to gift myself a massage at the spa. Sham, the spa coordinator prepared a nice bd card for me and a nice treat! It was lovely :) 6- Hotel Location is central and there are a lot of amenities around. 7- Unexpected gesture during my last day with a lovely card from the team. Harganya setanding dengan hotel mewah bertaraf lima bintang seperti Rotana dan W, tetapi kemudahannya tidak berbeza dengan hotel Samsung. Bilik itu sangat lembap dan perabotnya sangat lama. Jadi saya tidak mahu tinggal di sana jika harganya tidak tinggi.

Abdallah Nemrat & kareem the mixologist are the best at the Roberto’s pub. The did above & beyond to make our night unforgettable. We did had wonderful dinner. Foods was amazing, Service is more than I expected. Kareem did for me the best of clear Negroni, Which is really impressive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Movenpick Amman, I wish we would have picked this hotel from the beginning and not the Kempinski in Amman. The rooms were exactly what you expected in a 5 star hotel. It had everything we needed. The welcome at the reception was also very professional, and everything went smoothly . The location was also great close to the mall, restaurants and coffee shops.

I am very happy to say that i had a good time with Bristol family😀! Great place to stay, great location and helpful staff! Congrats to all the personel for their kindness and professionalism! My stay was excellent and i was very well received! Highly recommended! A big compliment to chef Hamada, for his delicious food and for his kindness and sympathy! We checked inn at 29/12/2022 and checked out at 1/1/2023... I booked a suit and I was told at the check in that it includes the access in the lounge and soft drinks and coffee in the lobby. In the same day in the evening I came back and asked again in the reception if the lobby is included and the guy in reception his name is Ibrahim told me that it's included even if I sign the receipt it's just to check what is missing from the restaurant! At the check out day when I came to do my check out I was surprised that the guy that was there his name is nasser charges me 37 dinar and I'm asking him why he says lobby orders when I told him that he is not sposed to charge me and that I was told that it's included he said that it's included just when the lounge is open!!!! My answer was that nobody said that. and were is that written.... After that when my taxi came to pick us up I saw the guy Ibrahim that made my check in at the desk I went and I asked him about what happened he said that I was not sposed to be charged and that I was over charged.... but he can't do nothing because nasser is the supervisor.... So it was a shame to over charge us for 37 dinar!!! It's disgusting treatment 😒 We are very disappointed 😞
