I stayed here on my first night in Jordan. I was jet lagged, so I could probably have slept no matter what shape the room was in, but the rooms here were comfy. There were quite a few Americans at this hotel so it seems to be popular amongst them. I saw a World Cup match in a private lounge they had in one of the upper floors. The price was also fairly reasonable given the location and hotel brand.

Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working in the hotel and the temperature in the room was close to 30 degrees. Management said they were unable to turn on the AC because it's ”not that time of year”. Other than that, the rooms are good and the staff are friendly. Good location but would look elsewhere next time.

We checked inn at 29/12/2022 and checked out at 1/1/2023... I booked a suit and I was told at the check in that it includes the access in the lounge and soft drinks and coffee in the lobby. In the same day in the evening I came back and asked again in the reception if the lobby is included and the guy in reception his name is Ibrahim told me that it's included even if I sign the receipt it's just to check what is missing from the restaurant! At the check out day when I came to do my check out I was surprised that the guy that was there his name is nasser charges me 37 dinar and I'm asking him why he says lobby orders when I told him that he is not sposed to charge me and that I was told that it's included he said that it's included just when the lounge is open!!!! My answer was that nobody said that. and were is that written.... After that when my taxi came to pick us up I saw the guy Ibrahim that made my check in at the desk I went and I asked him about what happened he said that I was not sposed to be charged and that I was over charged.... but he can't do nothing because nasser is the supervisor.... So it was a shame to over charge us for 37 dinar!!! It's disgusting treatment 😒 We are very disappointed 😞

Stayed here for 1 night upon arrival in Amman and then again for 2 nights toward the end of the trip. The Hotel resonates with Jordanian architecture seamlessly throughout the property including mosaic designs. The rooms are super quiet but sadly did not have a view. Breakfast has sumptuous options including an Omelette & Pan Cake station. Service is excellent across Front Desk, Restaurants, and Room services with the right people ready to do everything they can to make your stay comfortable with a smile on the face and expecting the least in return. The Front Desk staff are the stars of the Hotel who are professional and friendly and were kind enough to upgrade us to a Family Room despite the Agent booking us a Triple Room (for a family). The Hotel is located off a quiet street (backside) and is under 10 minute's drive to downtown by cab. There are also some good restaurants and convenience stores that can be covered on foot.

I enjoyed by stay at Kaya. It’s a newly renovated hotel and in a very good location only 6minute drive to Citadel. 10 mins to downtown. The hotel staff are attentive, especially Mohammed at front desk. His attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly elevated the quality of my experience. The beds are comfy to sleep in. Breakfast is a buffet with many options. I would class this hotel as a very good 3 star hotel because I feel there are few things that could make it even better for example in the bathroom there could be a tray with soap, body lotion etc which was missing and having slippers in the room would be nice too. Secondly the bathrooms are a bit tight a little bit more space would have been nice. The duvets feel but worn so could be of better quality. I also used the spa facility. It looks great! I didn’t have the best massage to be honest the masseuse was really nice but seemed inexperienced- I’ve had many better massages at other hotels. But what made up for it is that they gave me a free access to the jacuzzi and steam rooms. If you want to relax here I would defo recommend it. My friend got her nails done and the colour started to chip within a few hours! Appreciate they are new so few little improvements could be made here. I would still go back for the other facilities. Other than this is a good value for money hotel, decent location to get around the city, friendly hotel staff and a nice clean spa.

My husband and I stayed at the Arabian suites for 2 nights first, then we traveled to Petra, Wadi rum, and Aqaba and returned to the Arabian Suites for an extra night before flying back home. When we first arrived , the host/owner and his wife invited us to his home for a great conversation along with herbal tea and biscuits. It was our first experience with the wonderful Jordanian hospitality. The host gave us very helpful advice, and made sure that we had all we needed to have a great time in Amman. The apartment was very clean, had all its amenities, and a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, and very close-walking distance- to the Jett bus that will take you everywhere in Jordan. We enjoyed our stay at the Arabian Suites, it felt like staying with family, or friends we have known for a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Amman, including our own adult children. We loved it!

The hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

Pre-arrival communication was excellent and they arranged a taxi to pick us up at around 01:45am. The welcome when we arrived around 02:30 was great also. The place is very clean. I also really liked the location, it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood you can happily walk around.. quiet that is until you get to the hotel, which is by far the noisiest place in the whole area. We booked this around 6 months ago when there was no mention of noise on the reviews, if there had been then we wouldn’t have booked it. Unfortunately our room on the first floor was directly above the venue. The first night we arrived so late it was ok, though even at 3am there was a fair bit of noise from people moving stuff around downstairs. Night 2 was ok, there was nothing happening. The problem was night 3. We had an early start and tried to go to bed at 10, but they had an event on. The music was so loud it was getting through earplugs, I called downstairs and asked when it was stopping and got told 12 and was told to put ear plugs in. I said I had. She said she’d speak to them to see if they would turn it down… 10mins later they turned it up.. it was so loud you could feel the vibrations coming through the bed. It did however get turned off at 12. The next morning we checked out and I mentioned it, the guy on reception said they’d stopped at 11, I just looked at him and he straightaway changed his mind to midnight and apologised, though he seemed to think it was funny and was laughing. Generally reception staff are a mixed bag - some are lovely and really helpful, some just completely ignore you and don’t even say hello when you great them as you go past. Breakfast was disappointing. It is advertised 7am to 10am, in reality it’s 7:30-9. If you arrive before 7:30 then nothing is out, at 9am you will find little food left and hardly anywhere to sit as the tables are full of other people’s plates and leftovers which aren’t cleared. Some of the reviews talk about having freshly made omelettes or pancakes - this is not a thing. at no point in 3 breakfasts did anyone offer us anything other than what was on the buffet (2 out of 3 breakfasts there wasn’t even any staff there). Overall, I completely understand that some people will love a lively location and not have breakfast - and that’s completely fine and this will be perfect for them - the location is excellent and it’s spotlessly clean; but if I’d known about the noise then I wouldn’t have booked here

In the UK we have an expression ”fur coat and nae knickers”, which I think is an apt description for this hotel. Superficially it looks good but not to stay in. Its a modern building, in an area where development started but stopped some time ago. Its very close to a modern shopping centre, but our apartment was overlooking a long abandoned building site - a bonus meaning we could open curtains and windows without being overlooked or having any noise. The apartment was OK, but there were no coat hangers on arrival, and the safe locked itself when I put things in and had to be reopened by staff - who then declared it broken. The TV also needed staff input on the second night to get any channels (they had been there on day 1!) Whilst there is a kitchen, apart from a set of knives and 2 mugs for drinks, there was one glass and plate and no other cooking implements. Just as well we only had 2 nights there - there is a very good supermarket in the nearby shopping centre so we'd have wanted to cook if we'd stayed longer. We weren't told that we needed to set a light for the room to be serviced, so got back to find it hadn't been cleaned or restocked - I've no problems if told cleaning is on demand only for Covid reasons but we still needed some items replenishing. We found breakfast to be good - although we has a bizarre experience of being told breakfast would not be available on our check out day and it would be delivered to our room as the kitchen was being worked on. In response we gave them a list of what we wanted - and on the day waited....and waited. About 15 mins after the booked time we called reception who had no idea what we were talking about - the breakfast cafe was open!! So we then rushed up to grab food to go. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you can be sure these repeated ******* can be resolved.
