Ulasan New Wave Hotel Melawati

Near to alot of malay stalls. Near to melawati mall. Condition of the room is like 3/10. Can't expect much, for the price and location.

It is not friendly to the elderly and wheelchair users. The TV has only 1 channel, which is boring. Wi-Fi is not available, even though it is stated that it is. The extra pillow given smells bad.

Good location. Friendly staff, worth of price

No lift and tired to go room at level 3.  Have coackroaches.

Nice place to stay for short term

Near zoo negera. Cleanliness is 0. Not recommended even if you just want to book it to take a shower or rest few hour before you continue your journey.

The management did not update hotel staff on hotel app booking... When I want to help my guest to check in , they did not have my booked room because they already gave to other guest. PLEASE don't put your hotel room booking at any hotel app if you cannot do it! Very bad service!!!

Ok, nice area..just cleanliness needs to be prioritized, there are cockroaches and baby cockroaches..

I want to tell you that the bathroom has a lot of small cockroaches, the floor is greasy, dirty, the water fountain does not work well, the TV does not broadcast, the smell of cigarettes, even the blanket is not a blanket, it does not look like a hotel. I didn't go to the hotel last time 🙂👎🏻 Sorry.

Comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to restaurants & the best is only 5 minutes to Melawati Mall. Can he take the children for a walk?
